CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 5/15 dated 06/01/15 U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Yog Raj I.O.of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 06/01/15 he laid a nakka at Changerar along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 13 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Manish Kumar S/O Late Sh. Sai Dass R/O Vill. Khuddar PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Jogidnernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 6/15 dated 06/01/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Bassi that on 06/01/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Balh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 bottles country liquor from the possession of Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Chand at present chicken shop at Balh. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF QUARRELLING (AFFRAY)

3. Case FIR No. 3/15 dated 06/01/2015 U/S 160 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was present near Bus Stand Karsog in the mean time he sar Snt Thaur and Samsher were quarrelling with each other. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

4. Case FIR No. 13/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Tulsi Dass S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Dharanda PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his wife went somewhere  without informing anybody else and Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Sukh Ram resident of the same locality is also reported missing since same day and he suspects that above Dalip Singh kidnapped his wife. ASI Khalil Ahmmad I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 14/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kirpa Ram S/O Late Sh. Jiwanu Ram R/O VPO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. andi (HP) that on/06/01/15 Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Roudu Ram entered in his room and beat him up. HC Rajender Kumar No. 908 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 12/15 dated 06/01/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Vill. Naubahi PO Triphalghat Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/01/15 Amar Singh S/O Sh. Ganshi R/O Vill. Katoh, Beli Ram S/O Sh. Kaila Ram R/O Vill. Badoun, Prem Lal S/O Sh. Ram Sah R/O Vill. Havani were travelling by a car (CH03-2279) which was driven by Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. Badahi and when said car reached at Ghaghnu driver of said car lost control over it and fell down from the road about 10 feet downwards. HC Prabhaar Sharma No. 872 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 7/15 dated 06/01/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dile Ram S/O Sh. Kanhu Ram R/O Vill. Dhar P.O. Dushera Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/01/15 Raj Kumar @ Raju obstructed his way and beat him up.HC Malkiat Singh N. 57 I.O. of P.P. Realsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

8. Case FIR No. 10/15 dated 06/01/15 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Kubja Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Chanohali PO Khahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/01/15 Shayam Lal R/O Chanohali entered in Govt. Middle School Chanohli and beat up Head Mistress Smt. Leela Devi. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

9. Case FIR No. 4/15 dated 06/01/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dayal Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Khamarar PO Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/01/15 Kaul Ram, Dola Ram and Mathura Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

10. 185  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 31,100/-  was  recovered  and 18 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of  Rs. 2100/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
