MEETING WITH CONTRACTORS REGARDING REGISTRATION OF MIGRANT LABOURERS
1. On 15/01/15 a meeting was held with the contractors (Govt/private) of District Mandi under the chairmanship of Sh. Raman Kumar Meena, IPS, Asstt. Supdt.of Police, District Mandi and they were instructed to possess valid license, to register all the labourers and it is to be ensured that no minor/under age worker to be deputed as labourer/worker at work places.
CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 13/15 dated 15/01/15 U/S 420, 467,468, 471, 120(B) , 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajmal S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Bandoh P.O. Panjalag Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Devi Ram resident of same locality registered the land of Ram Singh own his name by preparing the forged documents and also abusing him and threatened with dire consequences. ASI Vinod Singh I/C of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 14/15 dated 15/01/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Smt. Chanchla Devi W/O Late Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Pahloon P.O. Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/01/15 her son namely Vikrant was coming to his home by his scootor and when he reached near parking , in the mean time Sushil Sharma resident of same locality obstructed the way of her son and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 15/15 dated 15/01/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Mahender Singh R/O Bag P.O. Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he alongwith his friend were coming back to his home by Motor Cycle(HP29A-6479) and when they reached near Masoli in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP29A-1163) came rashly from opposite side and hit his said Motor Cycle and and they both have sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Singh I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
5 Case FIR No. 14/15 dated 15/01/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Pulghrat Bridge and during the course of patrolling he recovered 360 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Amit Gupta S/O Late Sh. Sushil Kumar House No. 9 Angel Colony Jirakpur Tehsil Dera Bassi Distt. Mohali (PB) . ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
6 Case FIR No. 15/15 dated 16/01/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh that on 16/1/15 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Siuni NH-21 and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 250 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession Prem Singh S/O Sh. Fillu Ram R/O Nahal li P.O. Aghaar Tehsil Hamirpur Distt. Hamirpur . HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTNG WAY AND HURT
7 Case FIR No. 18/15 dated 16/01/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Dugrain P.O. Brijmani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/01/15 he was coming from Gohar to Baggi and when he reached near Mared, in the mean time Basant Singh came alongwith Sonu and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Hosiyar Singh No. 873 I.O. of P.S Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
8 Case FIR No. 23/15 dated 15/01/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 15/01/15 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pungh and during the course of checking of Bus ( HR68A- 8333) he recovered 950 Gram Charas(Cannabis) from the possession of Smt. Shayri Devi W/O Sh. Rot Ram R/O Jamsher P.O. Shome Nachani Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
9 185 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs-/ 27,200 /- was recovered and 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300 was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
