CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 15/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 07/01/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sundernagar at Lalit Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 200 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Hoshiyar Singh S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O VPO Katwachi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 4/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  by SI Manmohan Singh that on 07/01/15 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Naulakha and during the course of nakka he recovered 250 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O VPO Piplage Tehsil & Distt. Kullu (HP). SI Manmohan Singh of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY

3. Case FIR No. 3/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Anjana Kumari W/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Vill. Nainsi PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  04/01/2015 residents of the same locality namely Nagender Singh, Chinta Devi and some other villagers damaged the pipes of water supply. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 5/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kateru and during the course of patrolling he recovered 79 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Smt. Jiuni Devi W/O Late Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. Rangra PO M.D. Galu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR NO. 7/15 dated 07/01/15 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Vinod that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tullah and during the course of patrolling he recovered 11 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Narender Kumar R/O VPO Tullah Tehsil Ladbharol Distt.Mandi (HP). ASI Vinod Singh Incharge P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

6. Case FIR No. 11/15 dated 08/01/15 U/S 325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Chand Ram R/O Vill. Dayol PO Tourkhola Tehsil Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/12/14 Tilak Raj, Raj Kumar, Somu Kumar and Ajay Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7.  147 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.34,500/-   was  recovered  and 11 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
