Applications forms from applicants of Mandi District are being received in this office on the prescribed format for the recruitment of 175 posts of Constables (Male) and 44 posts of Constables (Female) in H.P. Police Department allotted to District Mandi by directed recruitment. As on 01/03/2016 4416 forms of male category and 1240 forms of female category have been received in this office. During the scrutiny/checking of above mentioned forms of male & female categories received in this office following shortcomings are found in few forms filled by the candidates.
Forms are not filled properly by the individual which is required to be filled properly as per given format.
IPOs/Demand Drafts are being not filled properly by the individual candidates. IPO/demand draft is required to be addressed to the Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP).
It is also noticed that paragraph which has to be filled by the candidates on the prescribed format is being not filled properly by some candidates or it is being kept blank by the some candidates.
It is essential to highlight the requirement of registration of candidate in respective employment exchange. Cut of date is 15/03/2016. Meaning thereby the applicant candidate can get himself registered in the respective employment exchanges even on today till 15/03/2016. This mandatory condition may also be full-filled well in time.
Hence, the candidates of bonafied residents of district Mandi are requested to fill up the forms neatly and clearly as per given format of the application forms for the post of constables (male/female) and IPOs/demand draft should also be addressed properly to the Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP) by the bonafied residents of district Mandi. Otherwise the forms which are not filled properly will be rejected straight way.
