CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 19/16  dated  01/03/16  U/S 39 of HP  Excise  Act  has been  registered  in P.S. Aut   by   ASI  Mohar  Singh  I/C of  PP  Bali Chowki  that   he was  on patrolling   alongwith other police officials  at  Bhaltudhar and  during   patrolling  he recovered   5 Bottles of  illicit  liquor  from the possession of  Bhime Ram S/O Sh. Jehtu Ram R/O  Bagi PO  Somnachani Sub-Tehsil Balichowki  District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Mohar  Singh I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 CASE  OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

2          Case FIR No.  33/16 dated  29/02/16  U/S 174(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog   by  ASI  Bhom  Parkesh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 29/02/16  he carried out a search operation alongwith other police officials  and   succeeded  to arrest the   Gur Charan S/O Lacchmu Ram VPO Bakhrot Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi at Place Theyog  who was  declared  proclaimed   offender    by  Ld- Court  JMIC  Karsong  U/S  139  N.I. Act .  ASI Bhome  Parkesh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT 

3          Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 01/03/16  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in   P.S.  Karsog   on the complaint of Sh. Vinod  Kumar  S/O Sh. Ram  Sharan  R/O  Chekhwa PO  Sarahan Tehsil  Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that on 29/02/16  he was  going to  his home ,  in the mean time  Sita Ram obstructed his  way  and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences  .  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 35/16 dated 01/03/16  U/S   341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Smt.  Usha Devi  W/O Sh. Manohar Lal   R/O  Shil PO  Chouridhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/03/16  she was  going towards Shil from her home , in the mean time  Mamta Devi,  Shetu Devi & Bihari Lal obstructed  her way  and  beat her up .  ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 01/03/16  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complain  of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Pipli PO  Taroh  Tehsil  Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that on 01/03/16  he was coming to his home , in the mean time  Kamlesh Kumar  obstructed his way and beat him up .  ASI  Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH  DUE TO   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

6          Case FIR No. 28/16 dated 29/02/16  U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the  complaint of Sh. Tilak Raj  S/O Sh. Nadu Ram R/O  Palohta PO  Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar   Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 29/02/16  he  was present  near  Tamroh , in the mean time  a  Tractor(HP31B-2517)  came rashly  towards Palohta which was  driven by Raman Chand  S/O  Sh Nek Ram  R/O Vill Palohta PO Upper Behli Tehsil sunder Nagar  Distt. Mandi   and   met with an accident due to  rash driving and  another person  namely Yudhishtar S/O  Sh Prem Singh R/O  Seradh  PO  Sainjy  Tehsil Sundernagar  age 22 years old  who was  also boarded on said  tractor,  died  on the spot.   HC Ram Lal No. 543   I.O. of  P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is  investigating the case.

7          Case FIR No. 48/16 dated 01/03/16  U/S  341, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam Dass S/O Sh. Nakbinu Ram  R/O  Bhagla PO  Jarol  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on  01/03/16  Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Gulaba Jeet  Ram  S/O Sh.  Sant Ram came alongwith  his friends, obstructed  his way  and beat him up .   ASI  Jeet Ram  I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

8          Case FIR No.  58/16 dated 29/02/16  U/S 39  of HP  Excise Act has been registered  by  Insp. Ranjeet  Singh  I/C of  CIA   Mandi   that on  29/02/16  he was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Chanwari and  during  the course of patrolling he  recovered   1875  ML  English  Wine  from the possession of Praveen Kumar S/O Surender Singh Vill. Chanwari PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) .  Insp.  Ranjeet   Singh  Incharge  CIA  Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.  244  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 29,600/- was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered and 2 Challans was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
