CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
1 Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 11/03/16 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Prabhu Dayal VPO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 11/03/16 when he was present at Bhambla Chowk, in the mean time a Motor Cycle (8001) came rashly and hit to Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Badrinath VPO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) aged 64 years old who sustained injuries and Motor cycle rider sped away from the spot . Injuries Rajinder Kumar brought to CHC Baldwara where MO of CHC Baldwara declared him brought dead. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
171 Vehicles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 15,000 /- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
