CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
1. Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 04/03/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Village Daundi, PO Nagchalla, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/2016 at about 12:10 PM he was working near his house in the mean time Sandeep Kumar and Sarla Devi obstructed him and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Balam Ram I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

2. 2. Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 04/03/2016 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Ludermani R/O Village Daundi, PO Nagchalla, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/2016 at about 12:10PM she was working near her house along with her son Sandeep Kumar in the mean time Khem Singh, Naresh Kumar and Amar Singh obstructed them and beat up both of them and they sustained injuries. They also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 04/03/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sundernagar, by ASI Prakash Chand that on 04/03/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kanaid and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000ml illicit liquor from the possession of Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Lal R/O Tarot PO Kanaid PS Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

4. 4. 278 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 27000/- was recovered and 21 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
