CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 26/03/16 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Raghu Nath R/O Bhalwan PO Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/16 he was going towards Harihar Hospital by his Car( HP65-3670) and when he reached near Gutkar, in the mean time a vehicle came rashly and negligently from Mandi side , hit his car and sped away from the spot . ASI Lakshmi Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 2/03/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prashant Sen S/O Sh. Suvikram Singh Sen R/O Khanokhari PO Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/16 he was present at old bus stand Sundernagar, in the mean time salesman of liquor shop came along with other unknown persons , obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3 99 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 12,700/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
