Case FIR No. 23/16 dated 21/03/2016 U/S 354 IPC and U/S 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a lady R/O Rains PO Hanogi Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that when her daughter was 7 years old, her brother-in-law harassed her sexually and on 27/12/2015 he again harassed her daughter sexually. SI Prittam Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 23/16 dated 21/03/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. PS Padhar by ASI Roop Lal incharge P.P. Kamand that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during patrolling he recovered 6750 ML country liquor from the possession of Balak Ram S/O Sh. Byahdu R/O Vill. Baghi PO Segli Tehsil Sadar District Mandi. ASI Roop Lal I/C PP Kamand is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
161 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 31,200/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and no fine recovered during last 24 hours.
