CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No. 82/16 dated 25/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill. Bathali PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/03/2016 Bittu Ram S/O Sh. Paldu Ram resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT
Case FIR NO. 56/16 dated 26/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. by HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that a car (PB06T-4289) came from Baijnath side very rashly from Baijnath side and when said vehicle reached at Dhalhar near Dhelu, driver of above car lost control over it and struck with a rock. Driver of said vehicle sped away from the spot and another occupant namely Rohit Bali S/O Sh. Virender Kumar VPO Dinanagar Distt. Gurdaspur (PB) aged 40 years sustained injuries and referred for treatment to RPGMC Tanda for treatment. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
256 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 40,300 was recovered and 26 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.3800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
