CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 19/03/16  U/S 20, 29  NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar  by   HC  Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 19/03/16  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at   Pungh and   during the checking of a Car(HP23C-4983)  he  recovered  1Kg 10 Gram  Charas from the possession of  Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O  Khatrehad PO  Barmana Tehsil  Sadar  District Bilaspur (HP)  aged  29 years old ,  Prakash Chand  S/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O  Barmana Tehsil Sadar  District Bilaspur (HP)  aged 32 years old   &  Gopal  Dass  S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O  Gulabalehad Barmana PO Barmana  District Bilaspur (HP)  aged 30 years old.  Accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  HC  Nand  Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.  

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 74/16 dated 19/03/16 U/S 325,  323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Bali Ram S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O  Bera PO  Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) that on 18/03/16  Bhim  Dev,  Bholu Ram  and Govind  Ram  all the resident of same  locality  beat him up  and  he sustained injuries.  SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3         Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 19/ 03/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat   by  ASI Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat   that on 19/03/16  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhadarwar( Rakhota)  and during  patrolling he recovered  3000  ML  Country Liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Tulsi Ram Village Thurad Raper PO Bhaderwar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP).  ASI Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 48/16 dated 19/03/16  U/S 325, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar   on the  complaint of Sh. Arun Kumar S/O Sh.  Shyam Lal  R/O  Kohra Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 19/03/16    two  unknown persons  came along with  Aditya  Chauhan   and beat him up  and also threatened  him with dire consequences .  SI Kuldeep Kumar   I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 77/16  dated 1903/16 U/S  39 of  HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  ASI  Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S.  Sadar  that on 19/03/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Talyahar  and during   patrolling  he   recovered   24 Bottles of Country  Liquor from the possession of  Binesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Chaudhary Ram R/O Panjethi PO   Talyahar District Mandi (HP) aged 38 years old  .  ASI Anand  Kishore  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  is  investigating the case.

CHALLANS

6           134 Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 19,700 /- was recovered and 11 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
