CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1          Case FIR No. 70/16 dated 14/03/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by ASI  Hem Raj  I/C of PP  Pandoh that on 14/03/16  at about 8:30 AM he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at   Jagar Mod and during  Nakkabandi he recovered  1 Kg 250 Gram  Charas  from the possession of  Pradeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Kishan Lal  VPO  Khuda Lauhar ,  Chandigardh aged 24  years old  &  Ajay  Singh  S/O  Sh.  Rajinder Singh  R/O  Panchure PO  Hindola Tehsil  Devpryag District Tehri Gadwal  (Uttranchal) aged  23 years old .  Both  Accused have been arrested and  further investigation is being carried out by   ASI  Hem   Raj  I/C of PP  Pandoh.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 71/16 dated 13/03/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Labh Singh  R/O  Khandla PO  Kummi Tehil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 13/03/16  at about  4:15PPM  he was going  to   Khandla Bazar, in the mean time  Manohar Lal   came along with   Ravinder Kumar  obstructed  his way and beat him up.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3          Case FIR No. 72/16  dated 14/03/16  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sachin S/O Sh. Hem Chand R/O  Dauhani PO  Nagchalla Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/03/16  he was  coming  out from Valley View  Hotel, in the mean time , Lucky  beat him up.  HC  Ravinder Kumar No. 863  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4         Case FIR No. 73/16 dated  14/03/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh   on the   complaint of Smt.  Leela Devi  W/O Sh. Lakshmi  Dass    R/O   Kummi  Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/16  Biri Singh  came  along with his family  members  and beat her up.  ASI  Tarsem  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5            Case FIR No.  54/16  dated 14/03/16  U/S 341,  323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the  complaint of Sh. Sher Singh  S/O Sh.  Birbal Ram  R/O  Dadol PO Meramasit  Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi(HP) that on 14/03/16  he was going  to   his  home  in the mean time   Raksha Devi  came alongwith   Narender Kumar , obstructed his way  and beat him up.  ASI  Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTINGWAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

6         Case FIR No. 55/16 dated 14/03/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Raksha  Devi  W/O Sh.  Narender Kumar  R/O  Dadol PO Meramsit Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/16   she was  going to her home, in the mean time Sher Singh  obstructed her way and  beat her up .  ASI   Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.  134 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 14,900 /- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
