CRIME REPORT 03 MARCH

                                             

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No 36/16 dated 02-03-16 U/S 341,504,506,34IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand Village Seri Shil, PO Pangna, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 29-02-16 at 8:00PM he was going to his home by car (HP30A-0987)  and when he reached near Shana in the mean time Het Ram, Krishan Lal and Raj Kumar obstructed his way, abused him and threaten him with dire consequences. ASI Thakur Dass I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE   OF    ROAD ACCIDENT  AND  DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case FIR No. 19/16 dated 03/03/16  U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been  registered in   P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Sh.  Tej Singh  S/O Sh. Gayahru Ram   R/O   Lachkandi PO  Bardhan   Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  02/03/16  at about  11:15  he  was present  at home  alongwith other   family  members at  Lachkandi , in the mean time  he  heard the loud  sound and  when he came  out from his home and  rushed to the spot  and   found that  a JCB machine   was  fell down from the road  and  helper  of    said JCB  was lying dead on the spot .  ASI  Ramesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 02/03/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of PP Bassi that  on  02/03/16  he was   on patrolling  along with other police  officials  at  Net Gharwasra and  during  patrolling  he  recovered  12 Bottles of  illicit liquor  from the possession of  Smt.  Kamla Thapa   W/O  Late. Sh. Shyam  Singh  R/O  Ner  Gharwasra  Tehsil   Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP). ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of  PP  Bassi is investigating  the  case.   

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC

4          Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 02/03/16  U/S 174(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  SI  Gopal  Singh   that   on 02/03/16  he carried out a search operation  and  during the   search  he  succeeded to  arrest Dharam Singh S/O Karam Singh R/O Nahar PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  who was declared proclaimed  offender  by   the Ld-Court JMIC  Gohar  in N.I. Act .  Accused has been arrested and further   investigation is being carried out by  SI   Gopal  Singh  I/C of  PP  Janjehli.

CASE OF HURT   AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 40/16 dated 02/03/16  U/S  324, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jeeva  Nand  S/O Sh.  Nota  Ram  R/O  Sihal PO  Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 02/03/16  Khimi Devi  beat him up and he sustained injuries and   she also  threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC  Om Prakash No. 20  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE  OF (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT)

6          Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 02/03/16  U/S  3 of  ( Prevention of  Damage to  Public  Property  Act )  has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Smt.  Kamla Devi  W/O Sh. Chandermani R/O  Badhu PO  Gohar Thesil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  Pardhan Gram Panchyat  Bassa  that  on 02/03/16 at  Darri    when  they  were  fencing  the  temple of  Kamrunag   by  wall, in the mean  time   Parkash Sharma came there and  damaged  to the said boundary wall.  ASI  Bodh Raj  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

7          Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 03/03/16  U/S 452,  323 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Balh on  the  complaint of Sh. Vicky S/O Sh.  Tej Singh  R/O  Gutkar  Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/03/16   Sonu S/O Sh. Bindu entered in his home and  beat him up.  HC  Balam Ram  No. 540  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the  case.

CHALLANS

 8         268  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 36,400/- was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 16,200 /-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
