1 Case FIR No. 99/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Guddu Ram S/O Sh. Traharu Ram R/O Chalaharag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter is missing since 28/04/14 from his home and she did not come back till now. He suspect that Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Billu Ram R/O Kunduni P.O. Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) kidnapped his daughter. ASI Ishwari Prasad Incharge P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 100/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI (Prob.) Rajesh Kumar that on 27/06/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhalla Rihra and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Smt. Rita Devi W/O Sh. Dina Nath R/O Gayola P.O. Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob) Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 101/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Singh R/O Bhariyara P.O. Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Pratap Singh , Kalyan Singh, Sumil Kumar & Sunil Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Thakru Ram I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No. 147/14 dated 28/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Dy.S.P. (Prob). Amit Sharma that on 28/06/14 he laid a naka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the course of nakabandi he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Paras Ram S/O Sh. Fuphi Ram R/O Chhajwar P.O. Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Dy.S.P. (Prob.) Amit Sharma SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF SCHEDULED CAST AND SCHEDULED TRIBE PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT
5 Case FIR No. 70/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 3 of SC&ST Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Ram S/O Sh. Souju Ram R/O Murah P.O. Thachi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/06/14 a function was being celebrated in Govt. Primary School Murah which was followed by lunch. During the course of lunch students were accommodated on the basis of their castes for the taking their lunch by the authorities of above school. SI Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Mandi (HP) that on 27/06/14 at about 11:30 AM Shanti Devi W/O Sh. Balak Ram hit by the Motor Cycle (HP33C-7615) which was ridden by Roshan Lal Sh. Tardu Ram R/O Dan P.O. Baggi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
7 Case FIR No. 199/14 dated 28/06/14 U/S 420, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Lal S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Tanda P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/12/13 an agreement made by the three persons to drop the 3 trucks of brick at Jhachh from Dadour but after getting the bricks they did not paid the amount till now. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT
8 Case FIR No. 216/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Thakur S/O Sh. Kartar Singh at present working as a Conductor in HRTC Depot that on 27/06/14 at about 4:45 PM he was going on the route Nalyana to Sarkaghat and when reached near Cholthra, in the mean time Varun Thakur & Praveen Bandhu assaulted upon him and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
9 Case FIR No. 80/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 336, 337, 304(A) has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Gita Devi W/O Sh. Khem Singh R/o Bharsi P.O. Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/06/14 she along with Chandan Singh, Lalit Kumar and Champa Devi were working in their agricultural field and some time ago an live electrical wire also thrown by the electricity department in their field and labourer of electricity department were also working nearby their fields, in the mean time Champa caught the said live wire and she sustained injuries (brunt) and died on the spot due to heavy electric current. SI Naveen Jhaltha SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
10 123challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21000/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
