1 Case FIR No. 200/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 341, 324, 504, IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Late Sh. Lalu Ram R/O Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 20/06/14 Brij Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 201/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bira Singh S/O Late Sh. Panchu Ram R/O Chhatter Matiara P.O. Morla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/14 Gian Chand, Surjeet and Shyam Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Baldev Chand I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 143/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Riu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 02/05/14 he was going by an Auto(HP05-0919) and when reached near bypass Mandi in the mean time a Crain of HRTC (HP07-3188) came very rashly and hit the above mentioned Auto and he sustained injuries. HC Hem Chand I/O of Highway Sadar is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 144/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Krishan R/O Simsa P.O. Dimal Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu(H.P.) that on 20/06/14 he was going to his home alongwith his wife and daughter by his Car and when they reached near Bindrabani, in the mean time another Car (HP33A-8142) came very rashly from Pandoh side and hit his car. HC Yash Pal No.14 I/O of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 188/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Basakhu Ram S/O Sh. Dhanna Ram VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/14 at about 9.30 PM he along with his brother were present at his home which is situated adjoining of NH-21, in the mean time a Car(HP33C-8002) came rashly and rolled down on the road and hit his brother Sh. Nikka Ram who succumbed to his injuries at CHC Ratti . SI Rattan Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 189/14 dated 21/05/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of HHG Dharam Pal that on 20/06/14 he was on patrolling along with HHG Rajeev Kapoor and at about 11.50 PM Vehicle (HP07C-1131) came rashly and collided with Road Divider at Nerchowk Bazaar. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 190/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 302, 147, 149, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/14 at about 10PM he was going along with Rakesh Kumar by Car(HP33C-8002) which was driven by the Rakesh Kumar and suddenly Rakesh Kumar lost the control on the car and hit to Nikka Ram who was present alongside the road , in the mean time Anil Kumar came alongwith Rakesh Kumar and other persons and started to beat driver Rakesh Kumar of above car who died at Zonal Hospital Mandi and he sped away from the spot. Inspr. Madan Dhiman, SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 191/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 341, 143 IPC has been registered in P.S Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Singh S/O Sh. Bhisham Singh R/O Lohardi P.O. Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) driver of bus No. (HP33-5727) which was on its route from Mandi to Sundernagar and when said bus reached near Bhangrotu he saw that about 50/60 persons obstructed the NH-21 and also raising the slogan against the administration. ASI Sukesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

9 Case FIR No. 192/14 dated 21/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the comaplint of Sh. Rattan Singh S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Kot P.O. Paploa Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 21/06/14 he was going alongside the road , in the mean time Motor Cycle (HP33B-3445) came rashly from Nerchowk side and hit him . HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER
10 Case FIR No. 58/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Chandrawati W/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Sakahan P.O. Kufari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that her husband was posted as Chowkidar in HPPWD Padhar and on 07/06/14 evening he went to his duty but on 08/06/14 she came to know that her husband's dead body found in the field and his neck was knocked with a rope. SI Bhim Sain SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
13 58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours
