POLICE DEPARTMENT DISTT. MANDI (H.P.)
1 Case FIR No. 72/14 dated 14/06/14 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Subhash Chand that he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 245 Gram Opium from the possession of Chandermani S/O Beli Ram R/O Madir Tanda P.O. Dhawan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Subhash Chand I/O of P.S.Gohar .
2 Case FIR No. 73/14 dated 14/06/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 14/06/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Ranabag and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 1KG 500 Gram Cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Kamlu Ram R/O Kultha P.O. Langoti Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu(H.P.) Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I/C of P.P. Janjehli.
3 Case FIR No. 181/14 dated 14/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Chiranji Lal that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor & 12 Bottle of Beer from the possession of Sushil kumar S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Randhara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his scooter(HP33C-2328). ASI Chranji Lal I/O P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 60/14 dated 14/06/14 U/S 353, 332, 341, 430 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dushant Kumar S/O Sh. Hira Singh R/O Chowa P.O. Nanj Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) at present water guard in IPH Department Karsog that on 14/06/14 he was going to check the pipe line, in the mean time Dayal Singh S/O Sh. Chandermani resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and also diverted the flow of water from the main pipe line. ASI Amarnath I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 86/14 dated 15/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Simas Tehsil Lad-Bhrol Distt . Mandi (H.P.) that on 14/06/14 at about 10:30 PM he was going to his home alongwith Nand Lal & Pawan Kumar and when they reached near Balotu, in the mean time Kaku S/O Bhim Singh resident of same locality obstructed their way and beat him up. HC Mangat Ram I/O of PP Lad-Bhrol is investigating the case.
6 89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
