PRESS RELEASE ON 26062014


IMPARTING OF UAC TRAINING FOR GIRL STUDENTS

  1. In the first phase District Police Mandi is  going to impart UAC training for the girl students of 9th and  10th classes of 58  winter closing school  w.e.f.  29/06/2014 onwards having 10 days schedule for each school/venue of said training  by deputing one female and one male instructors of police department under the scheme of Rashtriya  Madhyamic Shiksha Abhiyan.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 95/14 dated 25/06/14  U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  Insp. Prakash Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi  that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Badehar( Ghatta)  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  7 Bottle of  Country Liquor from the possession of  Hari Singh S/O Sh. Ranjan Ram  R/O  Badehar P.O. Mohan Ghatti  Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  Insp.  Prakash  Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF EXCISE ACT

     

  2. Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 25/06/14  U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by Insp.  Prakash Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi  that on 25/06/14   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Ghatta and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of  Krishan Chand  R/O Mohan Ghatti Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  Insp. Prakash Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

  3. Case FIR No. 97/14 dated 25/06/14  U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  Insp. Prakash Chand  I/C of  SIU Mandi  that on 25/06/14  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dohag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 Bottles  of  Country Liquor , 1Bottle  of   English Wine  and 1 Bottle of Illicit Liquor from the possession of  Arvind  Kumar  S/O  Sh. Dalip Chand  R/O  Dolag Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Insp. Prakash Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

  4. Case FIR No. 98/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S  325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Akash Thakur S/O Sh.  Sawroop Chand  R/O  Bander  Tehsil  Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  21/06/14  Gulshan Kumar &  Nikku  beat him up.  HC Magat  Ram  I/O of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATIN

     

  5. Case FIR No. 195/14 dated 25/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Hans Raj S/O  Sh. Krishan Chand  R/O  Kandi P.O. Ratti Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 25/06/14  at about 5:30 PM  he was  coming back to his home , in the mean time  Sh. Ved  Prakash  came along with his wife  and they obstructed   his way and beat him up.  HC Rajesh Kumar   No.64 I/O   of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT

     

  6. Case FIR No. 196/14 dated 25/06/14  U/S 147, 148,149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Devendri  Devi  W/O Sh. Suresh  Kumar  R/O  Meramasit Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 25/06/14  at about 6:30 PM  Smt. Kunta Devi , Vinod Kumar , Ghanshyam,  Geeta Devi and Santosh Kumari  all the resident of same  locality  entered  in the courtyard  of  her home  and beat her up along with her husband and  her son.   ASI Chiranjeevi  I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

     

     CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

     

  1. Case FIR No. 197/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S  341, 323, 355, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O  Meramasit Tehisl Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 25/06/14  at about 7PM  Suresh Kumar , Devendra Devi and   Deepak beat him up  along with his wife.  HC  Kamal Kant   No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 61/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Yashwant Singh S/O  Sh. Vir Singh R/O  Bhulthi P.O. Somakothi  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on 25/06/14  at about  7PM Tara Chand, Hukam Chand and  Prakesh Chand  obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sohan Lal I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,  INTIMIDATION AND OBSTRUCTING OF PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGING HIS DUTY

  1. Case FIR No. 212/14 dated 25/06/14  U/S 341, 504, 186 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shamsher Chand  at  present  working as  driver in HRTC  Baijnath Depot  that  on 25/06/14  at about 1PM  he was on his way from Shimla to Baijnath rout with a HRTCH bus and when he reached  near Shivdwala, in the mean time  one Motor Cycle came there  and obstructed   his way  and abused him. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case .

  1. Case FIR No. 213/14  dated 25/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Sachin Thakur  S/O Sh. Vinod Kumar R/O  Chandyar P.O. Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 25/06/14  Shamsher  Singh  obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC  Prem Singh  No. 75 I/O of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 149/14  dated 25/06/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Hemant Vasist S/O Sh. Surajbhan Sharma R/O House No. 40 DDA Flat Pocket-2 Sector-9 Dawarika (New Delhi) that  on 25/06/14  he was coming  from Delhi  along with his family by Car(DL9CAE-1557) and when they reached near 7Miles , in the mean time  one Jeep(HP65-5439) came rashly  from opposite side and  hit his car  and he sustained injuries along with his  wife and daughter.  HC Hem Chand  I/O of High Way Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

  2. Case FIR No. 150/14 dated 26/06/14 u/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Late. Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O  Taryasal P.O. Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 25/06/14  Lavu, Rinku, Deshu and Yogesh obstructed  his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass  I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.  

    CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  3. Case FIR No.  151/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC& 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Kushal Sharma S/O Sh. Uma Dutt Sharma R/O House No.141/13  Paddal Mohalla that on 26/06/14  at  about 10:05 AM  he was going to his office  at Palace Colony  and when he reached near Standred  Hotel , in the mean time  one Motor Cycle(HP33-5340) came rashly from Magwain side and struck  his scooter(HP33-5340) and he sustained injuries. HC  Ghanshyam No. 23 I/O of TTR Wing  Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT       

  1. Case FIR No. 152/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S  353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Devender Bhardwaj  at  present Jail Warden  Sub- Jail Mandi(H.P.)  that on 26/06/14when   he was on duty  from 6AM to 10 AM, in the mean time  accused  Khub Ram suddenly assaulted on him with stone  and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I/O of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 154challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,650/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours
