PRESS RELEASE ON 24/06/2014

 

PRESENT STATUS OF CASE OF MURDER, RIOTING & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION REGISTERED IN P.S. BALH

 

1. In a major update of case FIR No.190/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 302,147,149,506 IPC 2 named accused namely Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O VPO Nerchwok Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) and Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Meghu Ram R/O Vill. Chalk-Ka-Gahar PO Bhangrotu Distt. Mandi have been arrested and the Ld. Court has awarded police remand upto 25/06/14 and they are being thoroughly interrogated. A special team has been constituted by the undersigned for the speedy investigation which is headed by Sh. K.C. Rana, HPS, Addl. S.P. Mandi and this team is making all severe efforts.

    

   CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 93/14 dated 24/06/14  U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  Insp. Prakash Chand  Verma I/C of SIU Mandi (HP) that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials Galuan and during the course of patrolling he recovered  36 Bottle of  Country Liquor & 22 Bottle of English Wine  from the possession of  Piyar Chand  S/O Sh. Lakshman Singh  R/O Goluan Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P). Insp. Prakash Chand  Verma  I/C of  SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING   WAY   AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 147/14 dated 23/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Chetan Kumar S/O Sh.  Kesar Singh R/O  Rohanda  P.O.  Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 23/06/14  at about  11.45  AM   he was going towards the  Library of   Vallabh Govt. Degree College Mandi  along with  his friends, in the mean time  Munish  came  along with  Yogesh, Mahinder &  Deshraj  and they obstructed his  way and beat him up them.  HC Durga Dass  No. 408 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

4. Case FIR No. 148/14 dated 23/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Manish Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O  Lohara Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  23/06/14   he along with  his friend  Mahinder Singh   going  towards Kalamanch Kendra of   Vallabh Govt. Degree College Mandi, in the mean time  Chetan  Kumar  came along with  Lokpal  &  Mahinder and  obstructed  their way and they beat up to them. HC Shiv Kumar No. 894  I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 205/14 dated 23/06/14  U/S  341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the comaplint of  Sh.  Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Kamlesh Kumar R/O Darkoti  Tehsil  Touni Devi  Distt. Hamirpur   (H.P.) that  on 23/06/14   at  4 PM   Naresh Kumar came along with  another  person and obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Desh Raj  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating  the case.

1. Case FIR No. 206/14 dated 24/06/14     U/S 341, 323, 147, 149, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Ramesh Chand  S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram  R/O  Takrehar P.O. Sandhole Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 23/06/14  at about 7.30 PM  Partap Singh  & Kartar Chand came along with his family members,   obstructed his way  and beat him up.  HC  Amrit Lal I/O of PP Sandhole  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTED WAY, HURT  RIOTING AND  INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 207/14  dated 24/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 147, 149, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on  the complaint of  Sh.  Partap Singh  S/O Sh. Labh Singh  R/O  Takrehar P.O. Sandhole that  on 23/06/14   at about 7.30 PM  Ramesh  Chand  came along with his family members and they obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Amrit Lal I/O of PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 28000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
