POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI DISTRICT (HP)
Case FIR No. 46/14 dated 19/06/14 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Naulakha and during the course of nakka he recovered 195 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Charanjeet S/O Sh. Rawal Singh R/O Gurgaon (Haryana). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.
Case FIR No. 141/14 dated 19/06/14 U/S 451, 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sarla devi W/O Late Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Tharu P.O. Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 18/06/14 Mast Ram resident of the same locality entered in the courtyard of his house and also obstructed her and beat her up. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 56/14 dated 18/06/14 U/S 279,337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Shubham Kapil S/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Katheda Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur that he is the student of Engineering collage Doaba and he came to home on leave and on 18/06/14 when he along with Priyanka , Subham and Anu were going to Parasar by Car (HP23C-0125) and when they reached near Batheri, in the mean time the Anu lost the control on the car and fell down from road in the ditch and Anu who was driving the above vehicle died on the spot and Shubham and Priyanka sustained the injuries . Case FIR No. 57/14 Dated 19-06-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered on the Statement of Sh. Kamal Chauhan S/O Sh. Jeewan Lal R/O VPO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Chiranji S/O Late Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Gail(Urla) PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) came by M/Cycle (PB65L-4609) from Jogindernagar side towards Mandi and in the mean time another M/Cycle rider namely Aashish Kumar S/O Sh. C.R. Thakur R/O Takoli PO. Panarsa Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) came by his M/Cycle (HP38D-0550) from Mandi side towards Jogindernagar and both riders collided with each other. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Case FIR No. 90/14 dated 18/06/14 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.s. Jogindernagar by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 Incharge Highway Patrol Beat No. 7 that he received an information that an accident took place at Badni Nullah and during the spot inspection he found that a HRTC bus (HP53-4661) was on its way from Joginderngar towards Baijnath and when reached near Patku said bus hit to a scooty rider and he sustained injuries. HC Sarvan Kumar I/O of Highway patrol is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 197/14 dated 18/06/2014 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Balak Ram VPO Nauwahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/06/2014 Prem Singh and his family members beat her up. SI (Prob.) Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
7 68 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 13,200/- and 4 challans made under COTPA & fined Rs. 400/-.
