1 Case FIR No. 183/14 dated 10/06/14 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bansi Lal S/O Sh Nikka Ram R/O Thana P.O. Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/06/14 he was coming back to his home by Vehicle (HP01M-0432) and when he reached near Kalkhar , in the mean time Tipper (HP65-1991) came rashly and hit the above Vehicle. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 PP Hatli is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No.63/14 dated 11/06/2014 U/S 451, 427, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Shahri Devi W/O Late.Sh. Megh Singh R/O Nauna P.O. Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP.) that on 11/06/14 at about 7:30 AM Alam Chand & his brother, Bhola Ram and entered in the courtyard of her home and broke the drain HC Santosh Kumar I/O of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 175/14 dated 10/06/14 U/S 147, 149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Megh Ram R/O Rathoa P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/06/14 when he was present in his home, in the mean time Roshan Lal, Gian Chand, Yog Raj, Banti Devi, Ajay Kumar, Vijay Kumar and Chanderwati and manhandled with him . HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 176/14 dated 10/06/14 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Jassa Ram R/O Rathoa P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10.06.14 at about 6 PM Sh. Devinder Kumar, Ravi Singh & Mithu entered in his home and beat him along with his wife, son and mother-in-law. ASI Joginder Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 44/14 dated 11/06/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohd. Nafis S/O Sh. Mushtak Ali R/O House No.901 Gali No.11 New Mustafa Bad ( Delhi) that 11/06/14 he was going towars Sundernagar by his Car(DL-4CNB-8456) and when he reached at Naulakha, in the mean time Vehcile (HP76-1182) came rashly and hit the car. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No.132/14 dated 11/06/14 U/S 341,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Smt. Veena Devi W/O Late Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Saini Mohari P.O. Marathu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 11/06/14 at about 7AM she was bringing the water from the govt. tap , in the mean time Desh Raj came along with his wife Narvada Devi and obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Kamal Singh 79 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
7 Case FIR No. 58/14 dated 11/06/14 U/S 451, 506, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Khampi Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh R/O Hinudi P.O. Koa Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 09/06/14 when she was present in her home, in the mean time Khub Ram S/O Sh. Tulu resident of the same locality entered in her home and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
8 109challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
