Case FIR No. 91/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 447,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagi Rath S/O Sh. Sunka Ram R/O Sagnehar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/06/13 Garib Dass, Prem Chanda and Piar Chand of the same locality damaged the crops of his fields which were ploughed by him recently. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 92/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Satpal I.O.of P.S. Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Darbari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 boxes of country liquor from the possession of Gulab Singh S/O Sh. Ami Chand R/O Vill. Gunehar Tehsil Baijnath Distt.Kangra (HP) and Atul Sharma S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. & PO Bir Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP). ASI Satpal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 178/14 dated 12/06/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurdhayn Sngh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Majhyathal PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/14 a tipper (HP31-8188) came very rashly from Mandi side and hit to Sh. Padam Singh S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Bhangrotu who was going on foot towards Nerchowk side and he sustained injuries.
CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No. 144/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 147,149,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Kot PO Seri Kothi Tehisl Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/06/14 he was going along with his friend Sohan Singh to his home and when they reached at Meharu Bag in the mean time Yeshwant Singh, Sita Ram, Shashi, Gulzari and Mehar Chand came there by a vehicle (HP31-2585) and beat him up along with his friend Sohan Singh. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
Case FIR No. 145/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Late. Sh. Sita Ram R/O Dawran PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/06/13 her son Lalit Kumar beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC CHaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
Case FIR No. 202/14 dated 21/06/14 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Murli Manohar S/O Sh.Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Daulatpur PO & Tehsil Kadipur Distt. Sultanpur that he is residing in Village Bahari PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat since 10 years and on 20/06/14 he along with his wife gone to CH Sarkaghat and his daughters Sonu and Monu were at their residence at Bahari . On the their return from Sarkaghat they found that their minor daughter Sonu was not present in their quarter. His daughter Monu told to him that his daughter went to Bus Stand Dharampur along with Golu and they did not return back and he suspects that his daughter was kidnapped. . ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

50 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
