POLICE DEPARTMENT DISTT. MANDI (H.P.)
1 Case FIR NO. 70/14 dated 10/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 10/06/14 at about 7:30 AM he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Odidhar and during the course of checking of Vehicle (HP62-2532) he recovered 324 Bottles of Country Liquor& 48 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Jai Kumar S/O Sh. Leeladhar R/O Shav P.O. Belhi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I/C of P.P. Janjehli .
2 Case FIR No. 53/14 dated 09/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bhoop Singh S/O Sh. Halku Ram R/O Geal P.O. Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/06/14 at about 7:30 PM he was going to Urla, in the mean time Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Nichnu Ram R/O Nagan P.O. Chukku Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 54/14 dated 09/06/14 U/S 454, 380, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Kaushalya Devi W/O Sh. Bhupinder Pal R/O Badidhar P.O. Katindi Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/06/14 Hosiyar Chand S/O Sh. Parshottam R/O Badidhar P.O. Katindi Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) entered in her house and stole away the golden jewelry by breaking the lock of Almirah . HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 134/14 dated 10/06/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand that on 10/06/14 at about 8:50 AM he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pungh and during the course of checking of Bus(PB32-J-7536) he recovered 348 Gram Cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Puran Singh Tamang S/O Sh. Chakha Singh R/O Rasol P.O. Kasol Tehsil Kullu Distt. Kullu. Acussed has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Tek Chand No. 03 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar .
5 Case FIR No. 135/14 dated 10/06/14 U/S 448, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jatinder Parkash S/O Sh. Bhagirath Sharma R/O Charri Tehsil Shahpur Distt. Kangra that he is the sole owner of land and house built upon the Khasara No.2994/1696 situated at village Bhawana P.O Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi but Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Chand R/O Taleli Distt. Mandi entered illegally in his land and locked the grill from outside fixed by him. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No.62/14 dated 09/06/14 U/S 341, 143 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar that on 08/06/14 Nater Singh and Sonu came along with other local residents and started the slogan against the authority of Largi project and also obstructed the National Highway-21 from 8PM to 9:30 PM . HC Rajinder Singh No. 51 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
7 95challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
