1 Case FIR No. 199/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 341,323,355, 504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Luder Singh S/O Sh. Bhagwan Singh R/O Nain P.O. Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkagahat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/06/14 Kaushlya Devi came along with her family and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No.142/14 dated 19/06/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Arun Sarkar S/O Late.Sh. Navad Weep Sarkar R/O DBC Mayapur P.O. Talbagicha Distt. West Medanipur( West Bangal) that on 09/06/14 he along with his wife were staying at Hotel Shubam at Saulikhad and at about 8:30 PM when he along with his wife were going to evening walk, in the mean time Bus (HP65-5144) came rashly and hit his wife who died at Zonal Hospital Mandi. SI Vinod Kumar Thakur I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 75/14 dated 19/06/14 U/S 451, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Kubja Devi W/O Sh. Lekh Raj R/O Bhagyar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/06/14 she was present in her home along with her daughter, Nutan Kumari, in the mean time Suresh Kumar came along with Hema Devi and entered in her home and beat her along with her daughter. HC Krishan Lal No. 13 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 76/14 dated 20/06/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Bodh Kumari W/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Karnala P.O.Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/06/14 at about 6:30 PM she was going to Bagsaid along with Arjun Singh , Tej Singh , Guma Devi , HansRaj & Om Chand by the Vehicle( HP34C -0172) which was driven by Vir Bahadur and when they reached near Badhyash in the mean time driver of above Vehicle lost the control over it the Vehicle and fell down about 20 feet downwards from the road and all the occupants sustained injuries. HC Prabhakar No. 872 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
5 112challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,600/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs 200-/ was recovered during last 24 hours.
