CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 60/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Devender Singh S/O Sh. Mahender Singh R/O Behal P.O. Peddi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was coming from Kunhal by his Vehicle(HP01K-1128) and when he reached near Ghatasani, in the mean time a tanker(PB02T-9837) came rashly from Ghatasani side and hit his vehicle and thereafter said tanker fell down about 20 feet downwards from the road and driver of said tanker died on the spot and four persons sustained injuries . ASI Ashok Kumar I/Oof P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 59/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with the other police officials at Kuffri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18 bottle of country liquor from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Janahan P.O. Kuffri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) ASI Ashok Kumar I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 153/14 dated 26/06/14 U/S 451, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O House No. 75/11 Tarna Hill Mandi that on 18/06/14 Ajay Kumar , Ketan, Ram Chand and Chanderjit Singh entered in his courtyard and threatened him with dire consequences. SI Chet Singh I/C of PP City is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 47/14 dated 26/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Raj R/O Neul P.O. Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 26/06/14 at about 7:15 PM Manoj came along with his friend, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 214/14 dated 26/06/14 U/S 451, 427, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.Surjeet Singh S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Sanour P.O. Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) at present working as a salesman in a wine shop Jamani that on 26/06/14 Bittu R/O Dagour entered in the shop, demanded a bottle and he also broke three bottles of wine and also threatened to him. SI Satish Kumar SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 215/14 dated 27/06/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Kadkoh P.O. Lagdhar Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/06/14 he was going to Kamlah Fort alongwith Ajeet Kumar by Motor Cycle ((HP33-8711) and Suresh & Ravi were also going along with them by another Motor Cycle ( HP33B-0165) and when they reached near Baroti , in the mean time Motor Cycle(HP 33B-0165) skidded on the road sue to which Suresh and Ravi fell down on the road and they both sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER
7 Case FIR No. 69/14 dated 26/06/14 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut as per the opinion of the M.O. Zonal Hospital Mandi after carried out the postmortem of an unidentified dead body of a female which was found in the jurisdiction of P.S Aut . SI Anil Kumar SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 541challans were issued and fine of Rs. 68,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
