1 Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 09/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kanori Devi W/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Lower Belhi P.O. Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 09/06/14 at about 06:45 AM her son, Naresh Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up . HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 174/14 dated 09/06/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mansa Ram S/O Sh. Sardaru Ram R/O Ghadyatar P.O. Kapahi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/06/14 he was coming to his home alongwith his friends by Car(HP23A-5279) which was driven by Sant Ram and when they reached near Nerchowk in the mean time the driver of above car lost the control upon the vehicle and collided with Truck (HP11-4902) which was parked alongside the road and all the occupants which were boarded in the above Jeep sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case
3 Case FIR No. 61/14 dated 08/06/14 U/S 336, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Aditya S/O Sh. Hari Rao R/O House No. 5-11-354 Noem Nagar Human Kundra Barngal Telangana 505009 at present House No.1391 Parjari Nagar Kukar Palace Hydrabad that on 08/06/14 sixty five students including faculty members belonging to Vinana Jayoti Institute of Engineering and Technology Hydrabad were coming on the tour Shimla to Manali and when they reached at place Shala Nala on the bank of Beas river near Thalout some of the student proposed to get down from the bus and wanted to take the photograph at Shala Nala and when they were taking photographs in the Shala Nala, in the mean time huge flow of water came which was released by Authority of Larji Project and twenty five persons (18 boys & 6 girls) flown away due to sudden flow of water . ASI Mohar Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 180/14 dated 08/06/14 U/S 498(A), 342, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jiwna Kumari W/O Sh. Bidhi Chand R/O Bhuani P.O. Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Bidhi Chand during the year 2013. But after the some time of marriage her husband , Father-in-law & Mother-in-law started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding the dowry and also beat her up. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 181/14 dated 08/06/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Kardhwan P.O. Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 08/06/14 at about 5:30 PM a Jeep met with an accident which was driven by Daya Ram and four persons which were boarded in the above Vehicle sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
6 56challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
