Mandi (H.P.). who was wanted in Case FIR No. 254/06 dated 18/09/2006 U/S 382, 452, 342,506, 34 IPC P.S. Balh and declared proclaimed offender by the Ld-Court JMIC-III Mandi on 16/01/14. 2 Case FIR No. 183/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Thakur Singh S/O Sh. Hirdu Ram R/O Masyahan P.O. Baggi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 16/06/14 he was going to home and when reached near Nalsar, in the mean time one Truck came rashly from Baggi side and hit him . HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I/O of P.S. 3 Case FIR No. 184/14 dated 17/06/14 U/S 3 of PDP Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Asstt. Engineer, IPH Sub. Division-II Baggi that on 13/06/14 some unknown culprits damaged the Inauguration plate and Pedestal of lift water scheme Riggar . ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 89/14 dated 17/06/14 U/S 420, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.s. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Pal Saha S/O Sh. Gopal Saha Ward No.1 Luxmi Bazar Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 12/04/14 he went to shimla and met with Kehar Singh & Ajay Kumar and they filled -up the sale tax form of the complainant and he also deposited the Rs 25000-/ in Account No. 10854434250 but now above two person did not return the money . 5 Case FIR NO. 139/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registerded in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Devki Devi W/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Arnodi P.O. Kotli Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 16/06/14 Jindu Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 140/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Paras Mahajan S/O Sh. Sunil Gupta PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 13/06/14 Rupinder Singh, Lokender and Prem Rana obstructed his way and beat him up and threatened with dire consequence. 7 Case FIR No. 141/14 dated 17/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rupinder Singh S/O Sh. Udham Singh R/O Dan P.O. Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 13/06/14 Rohit Mahajan and Paras Mahajan obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . 8 Case FIR No. 191/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 451, 427, 504 has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Anju Devi W/O Sh. Shambhu Ram R/O Khalihan P.O. Narola Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 15/06/14 Ashok Kumar resident of the same locality entered in the courtyard of her home and abuse her . HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
9 Case FIR No. 193/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Khalihan P.O. Narola Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 15/06/14 Jagdish Chand resident of the same locality onstructed his way and beat him up. HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
10 Case FIR No. 194/14 dated 17/06/14 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Milkhi Ram S/O Sh. Gaddi Ram R/O Kalehhari P.O. Balhara Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 16/06/14 Rakesh Kumar, Pinku & Krishan Chand all the resident of the same locality entered in the courtyard of his home and beat him up. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
11 Case FIR No.195/14 dated 17/06/14 U/S 341, 447,323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sushma Devi W/O Sh. Vidya Sagar R/O Bhagwan P.O. Bari Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi that on 17/06/14 he was cultivating his land , in the mean time Ramesh Chand, Hema Devi, Premi Devi entered in his land and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
12 Case FIR No. 196/14 dated 17/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Premi Devi W/O Sh. Shali Ram R/O Bhagwan P.O. Bari Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that today Vidya Sagar entered in her field along with tractor and obstructed her way and beat him up. ASI Thakur Dass I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
13 Case FIR No. 64/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Kushaman Devi W/O Sh. Balkrishan R/O Rangcha P.O. Ghanyar Distt Mandi (H.P.) that on 15/05/14 Dole Ram & Chet Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Subhash chand I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
14 Case FIR No. 65/14 dated 16/06/14 U/S 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O Jhari P.O. Nagwain Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 16/06/14 Sunita Devi was crossing the road, in the mean time Car (DL07CG-3542) came rashly from Kullu side and hit the to Sunita Devi and she sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
15 68 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours
