CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 66/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Aelu Ram S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Vill. Thata PO Dhanyar Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/13 he was going along with S/Sh. Hem Raj, Hervani Thakur, Thakur Sing and Roshan Lal by a jeep (HP32-2253) which was driven by Kurwani Kumar S/O Sh. Khushi Ram R/O Vill. Thata PO Ghanyar Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt.Mandi (HP) and due to rash and negligent driving he lost control over it and said jeep rolled down from the road and two persons namely Sh. Thakur Singh S/O Sh. Mand Singh and Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram died on the spot. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 67/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. D.R. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Dole Ram R/O Vill. Shansha PO Shansha Tehsil Keylong Distt. L&S (HP) that on 22/06/14 he was on his return journey from Shimla to Kullu by his car (HP43-1300) and when reached at Jhiri, in the mean time a truck (HP65-1785) came very rash and negligently and his car and sped away from the spot. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 203/14 dated 22/06/13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Reena Kumari W/O Sh. Vidya Sagar R/O Vill. Gobhrta Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/14 Noor Chand and Neera Devi R/O Gobhrta entered in her courtyard and beat her up. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 204/14 dated 23/06/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prikshit Chauhan S/O SH. Deepak Chauhan R/O Vill. Tarohla PO Dhawali Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/06/13 Satish Kumar R/O VPO Dharampur obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prem Singh I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 193/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Meena Sharma W/O Sh. Navinder Sharma R/O Vill. Ganyura PO Baggi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) presently residing in a rented quarter with her husband at Chailchowk that they are constructing house at Ganyura and on 22/06/14 her father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law stopped their construction work and also threatened. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 146/14 dated 23/06/13 U/S 447,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Pal S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Vill. Bari Majhrana Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 22/06/14  Mohinder Singh S/O SH. Gopi Ram R/O Manyana and Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Singh R/O Manyana entered his fields and ploughed his fields and also threatened. ASI Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.   

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 145/14 dated 23/06/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Singh R/O Vill. Nihalag PO Majhwar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/06/14 he was travelling by a HRTC Bus (HP65-7504) which was on its way from Mandi to Majhwar and when said bus reached near Chatrot Nullah said bus struck with a M/Cycle (HP33B-4961) and thereafter fell-down from the road and both riders of  said M/Cycle namely S/Sh. Jagat Ram S/O Sh. Narayan Dass R/O Badog PO Duddur Distt. Mandi (HP)  and Harish S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Bolanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and another passenger of boarded said ill-fated  bus namely Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Kippar PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot.  SI Sandeep Chaudary Incharge P.P.  Pandoh is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 78/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. Guratan PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/14 Shavitri Devi and her sister Lohari Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 79/14 dated 22/06/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Smt. Shavitri Devi W/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O Vill. Guratan PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/14 she along with her sister Lohari Devi were going to her fields and on the way Kishori Lal  S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. Guratan PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed their way and beat them up.   HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

1. 58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 13 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours
