2          Case FIR No. 201/14 dated 29/06/14  U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by   SI Sandeep Sharma I/O of P.S. Balh that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at Lunapani and during the course of patrolling he  recovered  52 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Sh. Prem Singh  S/O Sh. Inder Singh  R/O  Dolakh P.O. Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  SI  Sandeep Sharma I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 62/14 dated 29/06/14 U/S 452, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Dass S/O Late Sh. Dhani Ram R/O  Krajha Tehsil  Manali Distt. Kullu(H.P.) that  he  had gone to  his  daughter's home  at  Kuljhan and   then  after the dinner  when they were sleeping , in the mean time  Hukkam Chand,  Bablu Ram &  Budhi Singh resident of same locality   entered in the courtyard of her daughter's home and  beat him up. 4        Case FIR No. 63/14   dated 29/06/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of  Smt.  Meena Devi  W/O Sh. Prakash Chand  R/O  Bashair P.O. Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on  29/06/14  at about 7PM  she had come to  Padhar Bus Stand , in the mean time one Scooter(PB65A-2308) came rashly  from behind and  hit   to her  and she sustained injuries.  HC Roop Lal No. 56 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No. 102/14 dated 29/06/14  U/S 304(B), 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Jogindernagar  on the  complaint of Sh. Chunni Lal S/O  Sh. Poshu Ram R/O  Ropru P.O. Drubal  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/11  his daughter  was married with  Balbir Singh  S/O Sh. Pan Singh  R/O  Bagla P.O. Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) but soon after the marriage  her  son-in-law Balbir  Singh , his mother and  grand-mother  started to harass  her physically and  mentally  by demanding the dowry. But soon after her marriage  her mother-in-law Rukmani Devi, husband Bhupinder Paul  started  to harass  her  physically and mentally. On  27/06/14  her husband  &  mother-in-law  beat her up. 6      Case FIR No.  81/14 dated 29/06/14  U/S  451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of   Smt. Veena Devi  W/O Sh.  Chahuan Singh P.O. Odidhar  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  she is residing  alone   in   her quarter since 34 years.  On 28/06/14  Chahuan Singh  S/O Sh. 9        Case FIR No.  80/14   dated 27/06/14  U/S 336, 337, 304(A) has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of  Smt. Gita Devi  W/O Sh. Khem Singh  R/o  Bharsi P.O. Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 27/06/14  she  along with  Chandan Singh, Lalit Kumar and  Champa Devi  were working in  their agricultural  field and  some time ago  an live electrical  wire  also thrown  by the electricity  department   in their  field  and labourer of electricity department were also  working nearby their   fields, in the mean time   Champa  caught the said live wire and she sustained injuries (brunt) and died on the spot due to heavy electric current.    SI Naveen Jhaltha SHO of  P.S. Peddi Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today  he was coming   from  Kunhal by his Vehicle(HP01K-1128) and  when he reached near Ghatasani, in the mean time  a  tanker(PB02T-9837) came  rashly from Ghatasani side and  hit his  vehicle  and thereafter said tanker  fell down  about  20 feet downwards  from the  road   and driver of said tanker died on the spot  and four persons sustained injuries . 6        Case FIR No.  215/14 dated 27/06/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of   Sh. Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Krishan Chand  R/O  Kadkoh  P.O.  Lagdhar  Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  27/06/14  he was  going  to Kamlah Fort  alongwith  Ajeet Kumar by  Motor Cycle ((HP33-8711) and  Suresh   & Ravi  were  also going along with them   by another  Motor Cycle ( HP33B-0165)  and when they reached near  Baroti , in the mean time  Motor Cycle(HP 33B-0165)  skidded  on the road sue to which Suresh and  Ravi fell down  on the road and  they both sustained injuries.  HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of P.P.  7       Case FIR No.  69/14 dated  26/06/14  U/S  302 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut  as per  the opinion of the M.O. Zonal Hospital  Mandi  after carried out  the  postmortem of   an unidentified dead body of a female which was found in the jurisdiction of P.S Aut .  SI Anil Kumar  SHO of P.S. IMPARTING OF UAC TRAINING FOR GIRL STUDENTS

1. In the first phase District Police Mandi is  going to impart UAC training for the girl students of 9^th and  10^th classes of 58  winter closing school  w.e.f.  29/06/2014 onwards having 10 days schedule for each school/venue of said training  by deputing one female and one male instructors of police department under the scheme of Rashtriya  Madhyamic Shiksha Abhiyan.

1. Case FIR No. 149/14  dated 25/06/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Hemant Vasist S/O Sh. Surajbhan Sharma R/O House No. 40 DDA Flat Pocket-2 Sector-9 Dawarika (New Delhi) that  on 25/06/14  he was coming  from Delhi  along with his family by Car(DL9CAE-1557) and when they reached near 7Miles , in the mean time  one Jeep(HP65-5439) came rashly  from opposite side and  hit his car  and he sustained injuries along with his  wife and daughter.  HC Hem Chand  I/O of High Way Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 150/14 dated 26/06/14 u/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Late. Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O  Taryasal P.O. Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 25/06/14  Lavu, Rinku, Deshu and Yogesh obstructed  his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass  I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No.  151/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC& 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Kushal Sharma S/O Sh. Uma Dutt Sharma R/O House No.141/13  Paddal Mohalla that on 26/06/14  at  about 10:05 AM  he was going to his office  at Palace Colony  and when he reached near Standred  Hotel , in the mean time  one Motor Cycle(HP33-5340) came rashly from Magwain side and struck  his scooter(HP33-5340) and he sustained injuries. HC  Ghanshyam No. 23 I/O of TTR Wing  Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT       

1. Case FIR No. 152/14 dated 26/06/14  U/S  353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Devender Bhardwaj  at  present Jail Warden  Sub- Jail Mandi(H.P.)  that on 26/06/14when   he was on duty  from 6AM to 10 AM, in the mean time  accused  Khub Ram suddenly assaulted on him with stone  and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I/O of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

1          In a  major  update  of case  FIR No.190/14  dated  21/06/14  U/S  302, 147, 149, 506 IPC     two  accused namely  Raj Kumar  @ Narayan S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O  Chak Ka  Gohar  P.O. Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) and Pal @  Virender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Tota Ram R/O   Chak   Ka Gohar P.O. Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) has been arrested in above case. They will be produced before the Ld Court of JMIC-II Mandi on today AN (.)

2        Case FIR No. 94/14 dated 25/06/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Jogindernagar  by  Insp. Prakash Chand  Verma  I/C of SIU  Mandi  that today  i.e. 25/06/14   he was on patrolling along with the other police officials  at  Sanda  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  he  recovered   12 Bottle of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Rajender  Singh  S/O  Late Sh. Dunni Chand  R/O  Sanda P.O. Utpur  Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  Insp.  Prakash  Chand  Verma I/C of SIU Mandi  is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 194/14 dated 25/06/14 U/S 498(A), 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of   Smt. Kanchan W/O Sh. Devender Singh R/O Dhawan Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with  Devender Singh during  the year 2006 . But soon after the marriage her husband, Devender Singh     father-in -law Kashmir Singh & mother-in- law Smt. Judhya Devi   started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding the dowry.  ASI Jagdish  Chand  I/O of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 209/14 dated 24/06/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh.  Neeraj Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O  Pipli P.O. Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  during the year 2013  he  met with a person namely , Badal  who introduce herself as a  probationary officer in PNB Bank Sarkaghat  and he also came to  his shop and  told  him  that he can make the bank limit upto 4 Lakhs and after the six months   his money will be double . on  31/08/13  he again came to his  shop and  complainant  gave the  3 Lakhs in cash but now  complainant   called him, then  he's making several excuses. 5        Case FIR No. 210/14 dated 24/06/14 U/S 447, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Roop Lal Principal  Govt.  Sr.  Sec. School   Sari  that  on  24/06/14  Acchar Singh  came along with  Manjula Devi and entered in the campus and  damaged the boundary fencing  near  the  school play ground . Mandi (H.P.) that  on 23/06/14  at about 09:30  PM  he  was  going to  Kotlu alongwith  Rajinder Pal , in the mean time  Sunny  S/O  Ranjeet Singh  came  alongwith his friends and  obstructed their  way and  beat up them.  (Prob).
