1.     Case FIR No. 262/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rikhi Dutt S/O Sh. Nota Ram R/O Dahanu PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/09/2016 at about 4 PM he was going to his home and on the way Tek Chand R/O Dahanu obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Bodh Raj I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 245/16 dated 29/09/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C P.P. Kotli that on 29/09/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotli Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Tek Chand S/O Sh. Nalvatru R/O Karnap PO Dhawan Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar I/C P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 274/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 186,187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Chand R/O Vill. Bhai PO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/09/2016 a nano car (HP28-9043) came very rashly &  negligently, hit  M/Cycle (HP28-8626) & M/Cycle (HP28-6561) and riders of these both M/Cycles sustained injuries and driver of said car namely HUkam Chand sped away from the spot. 4.     Case FIR No. 107/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Dass R/O Vill. Jalla PO & Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that Devi and his son Hem Singh, Rewati Ram and his daughter-in-law Guddi Devi entered in his courtyar and beat him up. HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBANDS RELATIVES, MARRY AGAIN DURING LIFETIME OF HUSBAND/WIFE & HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 247/16 dated 29/09/2016 U/S 498A,494,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Ram Dei W/O Sh. Mahajan Singh R/O Vill. Chalouni PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband and her father-in-law and mother-in-law beat her up and her husband also not paid her money for her livelihood on monthly basis. Her husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law also solemnized another marriage of her husband with another female namely Puja without her consent. ASI Jeet Singh I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 248/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Lobhi Ram R/O Vill. Halyatar PO Daeshra Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/2016 he was crossing NH 21 near PWD Rest House Sundernagar, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP28A-5277) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh Guleria No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ARREST OF OBSTRUCTION BY A PERSON TO HIS LAWFUL APREHENSION

7.     Case FIR No. 166/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 224 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C P.P. Ladbharol that on 29/09/2016 a person namely Balbir Chand S/O Sh. Dalip Chand R/O VIll. Maman PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) was arrested by him U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. and said person could not taken to P.S. Jogindernagar as he was arrested during night hours. At about 4.30 AM on call of nature said  accused person go outside under custody of HHG Brij Lal No. 6-3-91 where said accused person pushed to HHG Brij Lal and managed to ran away from the police custody. 8.     340  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 60,600/-   was  recovered, 40 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.4000/-   was   recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.11,500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY.

1. Case FIR No. 108/16 dated 28-09-2016 U/S 147, 149, 323, 341 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Utashan Kumar S/O Late. Sh. Daya Ram R/O Village Chowk, PO Mahadev, Tehsil Sundernagar, District Mandi HP that on 28.09.2016 when the complainant was present at his field then Duni Chand, Jitender, Asha, Nisha and Drumpti came there and beat him up due to which he sustained injuries. CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY.

1. Case FIR No 109/16 dated 28-09-2016 U/S 147, 149, 323, 341 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Sh. Brikam village Chowk, PO Mahadev, Tehsil Sundernagar, District Mandi HP that on 28.09.2016 when he was present along with his brother Jitender in his field then Lekh Raj, Chint Ram, Reshmu Devi, Kanta Devi, Yadvinder, Hitesh Kumar, Lata Devi came there obstructed his way and beat him up due to which he sustained injuries. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

1. Case FIR No 106/2016 Dated 28-9-2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV. Act has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Smt. Pinki Devi W/O Sh. Paru Ram R/O Village Behlokhana, P.O & Tehsil Nathkagra,  District Jajarkot, Nepal at present Residing in Shiv Chand House at Jhiri that on 27.09.2016 unknown vehicle hit her husband and runaway from the spot due to which her husband sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I/O PS Aut is investigating this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

1. Case FIR No. 165/16 dated 29-9-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Atul Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Village Rohata, (Speru) P.O Drahal, Tehsil Jogindernagar, District Mandi HP that on 28-9-16 he along with his friend were going to Badon Chowk by Scooty (HP 29A-6643) when they reached near Lunikhad Bridge, scooty rider Abhishek lost control as a result fell down about 20/30 feet from the road due to which they sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PP Bassi of PS Jogindernagar is investigating this case.

1. Case FIR No. 83/16 dated 29.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Dharmpur on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi W/O Noordin R/O Village Bhatiyar, PO Barang, Sub Tehsil Dharmpur, District Mandi HP that on 28.09.2016 when she was going to her field then Kashmira Devi obstructed her way and obstructed her  way, beat  her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I/O PS Dharmpur is investigating this case.

CHALLAS

1.  289 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.33600 /- was recovered and 26 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2600 /- was recovered and 20 challans under mining act and fine of Rs. 39700/- during last 24 hours.

PRESS NOTE

Today Mandi police launched a special campaign to curb the illegal mining in this District. During last 24 hours Mandi police carried out 20 challans of various vehicles i.e. Tipper=7, Tractor=12 and JCB=1 under mining act and fine amounting rupees 39700/- was recovered. A JCB Machine possessed of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Ram Lal R/O Dadoh, PO Dhaban, Tehsil Balh. District Mandi HP was also impounded in PS Balh.   

In this year till date total 981 challans have been issued and fine amounting 26,34,300/- was recovered under mining act in this district.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 89/2016 dated 27/09/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he laid nakka along with other police officials on NH 154 near Drang. During the traffic checking, 600 bottles of English wine were recovered from vehicle no HP 29A-2213. The name of driver has been Jai Singh S/O Sh. Darshan Singh R/O Village Ropa Padhar, PO Gumma, Tehsil and PS Jogindernagar, District Mandi HP. ASI  Joginder Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating this case.  

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT.

2.     Case FIR No 145/16 Dated 27-09-16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act 2011 has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Om Parkash I/O PS Gohar that on 27.09.2016 he was on patrolling along with other police official at place Khyod and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Jiva Nand S/O Sh. Tholiya Ram R/O Village Moviseri, PO Chailchowk, Tehsil and PS Gohar, District Mandi HP. ASI Om Prakash I/O PS Gohar is investigation this case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT.

3.     Case FIR No 164/16 dated 27.09.2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar SHO PS Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police official near railway crossing Jogindernagar. During the course of patrolling he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Village and PO Hatsar Tehsil and PS Jwali District Kangra HP. Inspr/SHO Sanjeev Kumar is investigating this case.

4.     Case FIR No. 245/16 Dated 28-9-16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Neelam Kumari W/O Puran Chand R/O VPO Kalahod,  Tehsil Sunder Nagar,  District Mandi, HP that on 27-9-16 when she was on resent his home two person namely Ajay Kumar and Puja Devi entered her court yard and beat her up due to which she sustained injuries.  ASI Sharwan Kumar I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF INDIAN FOREST ACT AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS. 

5.     Case FIR No146/16 dated 28-9-16 U/S 32, 33, IF Act & 447 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pieush Kumar Sharma S/O Sh Sarwan Kumar Sharma R/O H.No73/11 Purana Bazar Sunder Nagar District Mandi A/P R.F.O. Range Nachan at Bassa Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi  that Sh. Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill Saryach/Ghurah PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi HP  has encroached Govt. land and constructed house in KH No 212/1 and 203/1 Kita 2 area 0-5-11 Bagha land in Mohal Saryach. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 273/16 dated 28-09-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Mehar chand R/O Village Darkalag, PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi HP he stating therein that on 28.09.2016 while he was present at his home, he heard that on accident has taken place near his home. When he reached at spot he saw that a neno car no. HP 28A7890  had fell down from road about 500 meters. Two persons namely Balam S/O Diwan Chand R/O Village Bhatoh and Ashwani Kumar S/O Dina Nath R/O Village Samsoh District Mandi have sustained injuries in this accident  ASI Thakur Dass I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating this case. 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

7.     Case FIR No. 260/16 Dated 27.09.16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Hari Ram Saini R/O Stoh PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh District Mandi that on 27.09.16 when he was present at Dadour Sabji Mandi a Maruti Van No. HP 33D- 2830 came rashly from Dadour side and turned suddenly toward sabji Mandi near dador and collided with a Motor Cycle as result rider alongwith pillion rider sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF AN ACT INTEND TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF WOMAN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     A case FIR No. 107/16 dated 27/09/2016 U/S 509/506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of a lady  R/O Vill. Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is serving as JBT at GPS Gadahch Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). Thakur Dass who is also serving as JBT in said school abused her, tried to outrage her modesty and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Pushap Dev I.O. of P.S. 2.     Case FIR No. 272/16 dated 26/09/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Santu Ram R/O Vill. Khalyana PO Bachhooan Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/2106 he was working in his fields, in the mean time Narayan Singh, Himmti Devi and Mittu entered in his fields  and beat him up. Thakaru, R/O  Vill Chudara, PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot, District Mandi HP that on 26-9-16 when she was present in her home, in the mean time Smt. Tara Devi W/O Prem Chand Vill Chudara PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi came her courtyard,  abused her and beat her up due to which she sustained injury. 2.      Case FIR NO 105/16 DT 25-9-2016 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Aut by HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I/O PS Aut that on 25.09.2016 when he was on patrolling along with other Police official at Jhalogi and during patrolling he found that   Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Bir Singh R/O Taula, PO Thalout, District Mandi HP laid rehari on road side which  caused obstruction to general public as well as traffic. 3.       Case FIR No. 259/16 Dated 26.09.16 U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of a lady resident of  Village Darbehar, PO Rajwadi, Tehsil Balh,  District  Mandi HP that on 25.09.16 her husband Jagdish Chand harassed  her and beat her up due to which she sustained injuries and he also demanded  dowry.   HC Rajesh Kumar 64 I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT.

4.       Case FIR No. 82/16 Dated 26.09.2016 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Dharmpur by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 that on 26.09.2016 when he was patrolling alongwith other police official at Dharmpur bypass during the course of patrolling he recovered 279 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O Village Bahri, PO Kot, Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi HP age 37 years. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I/O PS Dharmpur is investigating this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 24/09/2016 U/S 279,337,427 IPC and U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Pal S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O VPO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted as driver in HRTC Depot. On 24/09/2016 he was on duty with a HRTC bus (HP66A-1485) and when said bus reached near Dawada, a truck (HP31B-7141) came from Kullu side towards Mandi very rashly & negligently which was driven by Suraj S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and hit his bus while driver of said truck  was overtaking from wrong side, sped away from the spot and due to hit of said truck his bus rolled on the road and  said truck also hit another HRTC bus (HP66A-1474) of Kullu Depot which was on its way from Pathankot to Kullu due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said truck. 2.      Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 25/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Rishi S/O Sh. Ratti Chand Rishi R/O Vill. Chakala Gawasi PO Rahua Tehsil Kritiyanandnagar  Distt. Purnia Bihar that he is working with contractor Bhupender Pal Mahajan and on 24/09/2016 he along with his co-worker namely Likhi Rishi S/O Sh.Chendakhari, Sanjeet Ku,ar S/O Sh. Mahender Rishi, Mohammad Nishad S/O Sh. Shekhlu Kuman, Gurudev S/O Sh. Manoj Rishi boarded a tipper (HP65-2135)  and when said tipper reached near Jural link said tipper rolled down from the road and they all sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said tipper. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 24/09/2016 he was going from Dhamapur Bus Stand to Bypass Dharampur, on the way a tractor (HP74-3596) came from Sarkaghat side hit him and sped away from the spot towards Seoh road. Mandi (HP) that on 23/09/2016 she was present in her home along with her daughter, in the mean time Neelam Thakur came there beat her up along with her daughter and she also abused both of them. Sanho PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/09/2016 Rama Devi, Bimdiya Thakur and Om Prakash entered in her home, beat her up and also threatened with dire consequences. 6.      Case FIR No. 271/16 dated 24/09/2106 U/S 452,354D(I),355,511,504, 506,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of  Vill. Kohan PO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 23/09/2016 she was present in her home, in the mean time Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Dhandev resident of the same locality came there, assaulted the complainant, threatened her and also tried to outrage her modesty. SI Karanjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

DESTRUCTION OF CANNABIS PLANTS

1. During the ongoing 2^nd phase of cannabis eradication campaign launched by Mandi Police w.e.f. 20/09/2016 onwards in Drang areas, destroyed about 76 quintals cannabis from 62 bighas land of Ropa, Chandrabaggi, Traila, Sudhar and Silbadhani areas.

1. Case FIR No.269/16 dated 24/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Bania Ram S/O Sh. Bardu Ram  VPO  Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 23/09/16  his son Kartar  Singh  came  alongwith  his daughter-in-law, obstructed his way, beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.

Hira Singh R/O Tamled  District Mandi (HP) that  on23/09/16  Rajinder  Singh  S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh resident of same locality obstructed his way,  beat him up alongwith his family and   also threatened them with dire consequences. 1. Case FIR No. 139/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S  376(2) IPC  &  U/S POCSO Act has been registered in  P.S. Karsog on the complaint of   a  Girl  R/O  Karsog areas District Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/15 Vishal S/O Sh. Lalit Kumar R/O Sadheri PO  Churag Tehsil Karsog  District Mandi (HP)  raped her by deceiving to marry with her and on 17/09/2016  she gave the birth  to a baby. SI  Sunil  Kumar  SHO of  P.S. Karsog  is investigating  the case.

1. Case FIR No. 244/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S 13 of  Gambling  Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC Jagdish Chand No.36  I.O. of  PP  Pandoh  that on 23/09/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  Rs. 1400/- alongwith  playing card from the possession of  Krishan Lal  S/O  Megh Singh  R/O  Bakhli PO Saroa Tehsil Cachoit aged 30 years old,  Anant Ram  S/O  Hukan Chand  R/O Badan PO Bada Tehsil Chachiot age 40 years &  Nagnu Ram s/o Luder Mani r/o Tundala PO Shiva Badar age 40 years old.  HC  Jagdish Chand No. 36  I.O. of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 143/16 dated 24/09/16 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Janjehli that on 23/09/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  7 Bottles of Country Liquor  from the possession of Kumar Singh S/O Sh Fateh Ram Vill Kuthad PO Janjehli Distt Mandi(HP).  SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No.  258/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S  39 of   Excise Act has been registered  in  P.S.  Balh  by  ASI Rajinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 23/09/16 he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Nagchalla and during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of English wine from the  possession of  Surjeet Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar  VPO  Nagchalla Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP). ASI Rajinder Singh  I.O. of  P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 288  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 47,400/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.1100 /-was  recovered  and 2 challans were  issued  under  Mining  Act and  fine of Rs. 15000/-   was  recovered during last 24 hours.

EYE TESTING CAMP FOR DRIVERS

1. Today Mandi Police organized free of cost eye testing camp for the drivers of all kind of vehicles near bypass Mandi with the collaboration of Z.H. Mandi &  Banga Eye Hospital Gutkar.  Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP) inaugurated the said camp. 127 drivers of all kind of vehicles were examined by the team of doctors. Sh. Kulbhushan Verma, HPS, Addl. S.P. Mandi and Sh. Hitesh Lakhanpal, HPS, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs.) Mandi were also present on the occasion.

2        Case FIR No. 241/16 dated 23/09/16  U/S 20  & 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by HC Tek Chand No. 03 of P.S. Sunderangar  that  today  he was on patrolling alngwith other police officials at Chamukha and during the patrolling  he recovered 424 Gram  Cannabis( Charas) from the possession  of Sandeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O Ward No. 9 Gali  No.2  Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 26 years old,  Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Ward No. 9 Gali  No.2  Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 27 years old, Ajay  Kumar S/O Sh. Birbal Dass Ward No.6 Gali No. 5 Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 26 years old, Jaswir Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh Ward No.8 Gali No.9 Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 34 years old  & Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh. Mahinder Singh  Ward No. 8  Gali No. 12 Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 28years old,  who were   travelling  by  vehicle(PB11BA-9557). All accused have been arrested  and  they are being produced before the Ld Court and HC Tek Chand is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No.  243/16 dated 22/09/16  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Anand Kishore  I/C of PP City   that on 22/09/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Bir-Lag Badi Gumanu Chowk and during  the course of patrolling he recovered 5  Liter illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O House No.183/4 Suhadda Muhalla, Sadar Mandi (HP).  ASI  Anand Kishore  I/C of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 136/16 dated 22/09/16 U/S 324 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of   Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Yuv Raj R/O  Manshana PO Chouridhar Tehsil  Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/16 when she was working  in her kitchen , in the  mean time  her husband  came in the influence  of alcohol and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Tej Singh No.55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the  case.

6        Case FIR No. 137/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S  324, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Sh.Uma Dutt  R/O  Shanahu PO Mehandi Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP)  that on 02/09/16 when she was cutting   grass in her  field, in the mean time  Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Gagan Ram R/O Shanah came alongwith her husband  and they both  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Tej Singh  No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Ram Sharan R/O  Chandpur PO  Bori Tehsil Tilhar District Sujanpur(UP)  presently residing in the house of  Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Khariri Tehsil Sunderangar District Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/16  Ram  Pal  beat her alongwith her sister namely  Bhagwati and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Tarsem Singh  I.O. of P.S. Vipan Kumar R/O  Ghadyani PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  she was married  with   Vipin Kumar  S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Gadhyani PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP). But  after some time of marriage her husband started to haras her physically and  also by demanding dowry.  HC Vijay Kumar No.866 I.O. of  P.S.  Dharampur  is investigating the case.
