CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 131/14 dated 07/08/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Desh Raj I.O. PP Ghatta that he received an information regarding an accident and when visited the spot and found that a Scooty (HP40B-2284) met with an accident at Radabakhed and rider along with pillion rider of said scooty sustained injuries who were rushed to the hospital by the local public. HC Desh Raj No. 41 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No 178/14 dated 08/08/14 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Surajmani S/O Sh. Kaliya Ram R/O VPO Dehar Tehisil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 07/08/2014 Vicky, Het Ram and Nirmla Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajender Thakur Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 269/14 dated 08/08/14 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tihra More and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Mahajan Ram R/O VPO Khardu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present running a dhaba in Kamal Market Sarkaghat. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4 152 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 35,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
