CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1          Case FIR No. 54/14 dated 03/08/14 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter is missing  from home since 02/08/14  and he suspect that  someone kidnapped his  daughter  with intention  to marry her .  ASI  Shanti Swaroop  I.O. P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 101/14 dated 02/08/14 U/S 39 of   Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of  P.S. Gohar that on 02/08/14 he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials  at  Chachiot  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3500 ML  Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Smt. Rangila Devi   W/O Sh.  Tek Chand  R/O  Masog PO Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Naveen Jhalta SHO  P.S.  Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

3          Case FIR No. 260/14 dated 02/08/14  U/S 366, 120(B)  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Bansi Lal S/O Sh. Mahant Ram  R/O  Upper Palwahan PO Jamni  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his daughter is missing  from home since  31/07/14  and he suspect that  Roop Lal S/O Sh. Banglu R/O Kanyana,  BramhiDevi W/O  Sh. Roop Lal & Rakesh Kumar  kidnapped his daughter. SI  Satish Kumar  I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

4          Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 02/08/14  U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Charanpal Singh  S/O  Sh.  Bakhsi R/O  House No. 173 Blaok No. 07 Ramesh Nagar (New Delhi) that  on  01/08/14  he along with his friends, Ramesh, Nitin Goyal & Amit Bhatiya were coming  to Barot  by Swift Car (DL2GAD-2586) and  when they reached near  Bardhan, in the mean time   driver of the said  car  lost  control on the  car and fell down  35 feet downwards from  the road . This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of   Amit  Bhatia  and  three person sustained injuries  and one person  died on  the spot. HC   Anil Kumar  No. 412 I.O. PS  Padhar is investigating the case.

5          161 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 30,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours
