CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT AND  DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

1        Case FIR No. 56/14 dated 10/08/14 U/S  279, 337 , 304(A) IPC has  been registered in P.S.  BSL  Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Subham Thakur S/O Sh. Babu Ram  R/O  Nehar  PO Harnog Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur that  on 10/08/14  he  along with his friends,  Ankush Bhardwaj, Deepak  were  going  towards Kateru by car(HP31B-1627)  and   when they reached near Ghiri, in the mean time,  Deepak lost the control on the  above car  due to rash driving and fell  downward from  the  road and  Ankush Bhardwaj died on the spot  and he  along with  Deepak  sustained injuries.  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543 I.O. BSL  Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT DUE TO   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2        Case FIR No. 182/14 dated 09/08/14  U/S 336, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Rakesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Kuldeep Chand  R/O Bharadwan PO  Vahnvi Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur  that he is worker of  M/S  National  Enterprises Comnpany.  On  09/08/14   he called  to J.E. Electricity  to switch off the electricity  and when he was working  at  Dharanda  then suddenly  electricity switched  on  and  he got  burn and  fell down from the pole.  SI  Surinder Kumar (Prob)  I.O. PS  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 91/14 dated 09/08/14  U/S 447, 323, 147, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Man Singh  S/O Sh. Mast  Ram  R/O  Palochhadi PO  Kot Khamaradha  Tehsil  Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  09/08/14  he was working in his field along with his family, in the mean time  Dinesh Kumar,  Minakshi,  Leelamani, Reena, Anil Kumar ,  Tanu, Sunita Devi  and Prabhi Devi  entered in his land  and beat  him up  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. PS  Aut is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,  RIOTING AND HURT

4        Case FIR No. 92/14  dated 09/08/14  U/S  447, 147, 149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Raj Singh  R/O  Palochhadi PO  Kot Khamaradha Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  09/08/14  Man Singh ,  Babli, Suresh Kumar , Rakesh Kumar , Kalu Ram & Sanjay  Kumar  entered in his land and  beat him up along with his family.  HC  Rajinder Kumar  No. 51  I.O. PS  Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT   AND INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 93/14   dated  09/08/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Aut on  the complaint of  Sh. Pankaj Sohal S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram  R/O Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   on 09/08/14  at  about 9:30  PM   he was going to his home  after closing his shop , in the mean time Nishant  and  Sourav obstructed  his way and beat him up and  he sustained injuries .  HC  Kuldeep Singh  No. 409 I.O. PS  Aut is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6        Case FIR No. 273/14  dated 09/08/14  U/S  39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S  Sarkaghat  by  SI Anil Kumar (Prob)  I.O.  PS Sarkaghat that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials at  Tatahar  and  during the course of  patrolling he  recovered  180 ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Virender Kumar  S/O Sh. Megh Singh  R/O Tatahar PO  Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Anil Kumar (Prob)  I.O. PS  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        181 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
