CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
1. Case FIR No 134/14 dated 15/0-8/14 U/S 498A,306,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Urmila Devi W/O Sh. Nag Singh R/O VPO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was got married her daughter Kushuma Devi with Pinku S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Vill. Kohara PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) in the month of May, 2013 and after 2-3 months of marriage of her daughter, Pinku, his father Rattan Chand and Soma Devi started demanding of dowry and they also started to torturer her daughter mentally and physically. Inspr. Amar Singh, SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR Ni. 135/14 dated 15/0-8/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nishant Thakur S/O Sh. Shayam Lal R/O Vill. Samkhetar PO Kuthehra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ajay Thakur S/O Sh. Balbir Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.CHALLANS
3. 23 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.4700/-.
