1 Case FIR No. 55/14 dated 06/08/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Nur Dass R/O Dhavad PO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/08/14 Yashwant & Tek Chand both the resident of Chera PO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequence . HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 128/14 dated 05/08/14 U/S 420, 465, 468 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tulshi Ram S/O Sh. Haria Ram R/O Nagan PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Yudhister S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Nagan PO Drubbal was elected as a Ward member & Vice President of Gram Panchyat Drubbal in the year 2006 to 2010 . During this period he entered fake attendance in masterol and also withdrawal the huge amount of money under MNREGA Scheme . ASI Satpal I.O. PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 266/14 dated 05/08/14 U/S 325, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar Sharma S/O Sh. Fateh Chand R/O Village Ward No. 5 Kunalag Gali Sarkaghat PO Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/08/14 at about 9:30 PM Kishore Chand resident of Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) came alongwith two another persons and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Dalip Singh No. 911 I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 185/14 dated 06/08/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Sunder Lal R/O Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/14 at about 12:15 PM she was going to Bus Stand Mandi along with her Aunt, and reached near Bus Stand , in the mean time Motor Cycle (PB-13AC-8614) came rashly from Sundernagar side and hit her Aunt, Smt. Dolma Devi W/O Late Sh. Nanku Ram resident of same locality and she sustained injuries. ASI Chaman Lal I/C Traffic Wing Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE
4 Case FIR No. 175/14 dated 05/08/14 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram PO Kapahi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as a chowkidaar . On 05/08/14 at about 7PM when he was on duty, in the mean time he heard the noise and found that flames of fire was coming from the Treasury office Sundernagar and Police party was trying to control the fire . ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 176/14 dated 06/08/14 U/S 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rukmani Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Dhwali P.O. Churdh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/14 at about 8:45 AM she was doing the work near her home, in the mean time Nirmla Devi , Sappu, Poonam , Dharam Singh & Vicky obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 195 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 37,950/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
