CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 187/14  dated 12/08/14  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Hem Raj I.O. PS Sadar that on 12/08/14  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Khaliyar and  during the course of  checking of Vehciles (HP33T-9234) & (HP29A-7336)    he  recovered 1800 Bottles of  English Wine    from the possession of  Sh. Kuldeep Singh  S/O Late. Sh. Harnam Singh  R/O Rada Bakhead PO  Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Hem Raj I.O. PS Sadar  is investigating the case.   

     CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 72/14  dated 12/08/14  U/S  341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Dalip Kumar S/O Sh. Ranjhu Ram  R/O  Pandlahi PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on 11/08/14  at about  6 PM  he was coming alongwith his  brother , Jiwa Lal and reached near Kunnu , in the mean time  Vipan Kumar obstructed  their way and  beat  him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC Roop Lal No. 56 I.O. PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDTION   AND UNDER  PDP ACT

1. Case FIR No. 73/14  dated 12/08/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 149 IPC  & U/S  3 of PDP  Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on    complaint of  Sh. Budho Singh  S/O Sh Katku Ram , Mangat Ram  S/O Sh.  Chanu Ram  R/O  Bajot PO Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Harnam  Singh,  Baresti Devi, , Suresh Kumar , Maghi Devi , Sarwan Kumar , Praveen Kumar  all the resident of  Bajgon PO  Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi(HP)  obstructed   their  children to using the  Gram Panchyat Toilet  and also beat them along with  their children  and  threatened with dire consequence.  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. PS Padhar is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 106/14 dated  13/08/14  U/S 341, 323,  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  on the complaint of   Smt. Kala Devi  W/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O Rahala PO Devdhar  Tehsil Chichoit  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  13/08/14   Shesh Ram  obstructed her way and  beat her up.  HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O.  PS  Gohar is investigating   the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No.  107/14 dated 13/08/14 U/S 342, , 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Bhagat Ram  S/O Sh. Hukkam Chand  R/O  Bag Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  10/08/14  he was  present at Dugrain, in the mean time  Dayal Chand  came along with   other pesons and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/O PS  Gohar is investigating the case.

6        152challans were issued and fine of Rs. 33,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 16challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and  2 challans were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
