                     First  phase  of  special  campaign for  the destruction of Cannabis plants was launched w.e.f. 28-07-014  to 1-08-14  under  the jurisdiction of Police Station  Padhar ,Aut, Gohar & Karsog of  this  district .  During  the  campaign  80  Bighas under  P.S. Padhar , 61 Bighas  under   P.S.  Aut ,  107 Bighas under  P.S. Gohar and   40 Bighas under  P.S. Karsog  Cannabis Plants  widely grown were  destroyed with the help of  Forest, HPPWD and Revenue  Department . Similarly destruction campaign for Cannabis plants will be launched  near in future.

                     During   campaign, people   aware about  the drug abuses and their bad  effects on  the men  and  society.  They urged  that   abuse can  result in serious behavioral, emotional changes and  reckless behavior that  ultimately destroy the  person's life and carriers have been  ruined  & families have been  devastated because  of drug abuse .

CHALLAN

1. 204 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 49,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered  and  4 challans were issued  under Mining  Act  and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hour
