CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1          Case FIR No. 242/14 dated 04/08/14 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Smt.  Devki Devi   W/O Late Sh.  Nand  Lal  R/O  Mandirtanda PO  Lohara Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   her daughter-in-law  is missing  from  home since  24/07/14  and he suspect that   Shyam Lal  resident of same locality kidnapped  her  daughter-in-law with   intentions  to marry her. ASI  Sahib  Singh  I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 243/14   dated 04/08/14 U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of  Smt.  Parwati  Devi  W/O  Late.Sh. Kullu Ram  R/O  Kotalu PO  Galma Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 04/08/14  her  daughter-in-law , Maya Devi  beat her up and  she sustained injuries.  HC Nand Lal No. 37  I.O.   PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3          Case FIR No. 244/14  dated 04/08/14  U/S 341, 323,  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Smt.  Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Shiv  Ram  R/O  Tanda PO  Balt Tehsil Balt Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 04/08/14  Munsi Ram  beat her up along with her son  Param Dev and  they  both  sustained injuries  .  ASI   Jagdish Chand  I.O. PS  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY   AND HURT

 

4          Case FIR No. 245/14  dated 04/08/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Jagdish Chand  S/O  Sh. Mehar  Chand  R/O  Grancha PO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that   on  04/08/14  he was going to his  home alongwith  Umesh  Sharma and when  they  reached near  Grancha Road , in the mean time  Ravinder Kumar   came along with  Deepak Kumar & one another person  and obstructing their  way and  beat both of them  and they sustained injuries.  HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. PS  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 184/14 dated 05/08/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh. Roshan  Lal  S/O Sh. Chet Ram  R/O Fathehpur Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  05/08/14  he was coming from Ambala  along with Tanker (HP-33-7779)  and when  he  reached near   Rani-Ki-Bain, in  the mean time Car(HP32A-2320) came rashly from  Sundernagar side   and over took  his Tanker  and hit  another  Car(HP-34A-3998)  which was coming  from  Mandi  side and   all  the  occupants  who were boarded  above said both cars sustained injuries .  HC  Yoginder Pal  No. 39  I.O.  HighWay  Sadar  Mandi  is  investigating the case.     

CHALLAN

6        184challans were issued and fine of Rs. 34,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours
