CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 247/14 dated 13/08/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint  by HC Sarwan Singh  No. 61  that   he  reached  on the spot and  found that   one Maruti  Car(  HP37B-4750)  which was driven by  Vinod  Kumar  S/O  Sh. Prakash Chand  R/O  Bhawarna Tehsil Palampur  Distt. Kangra (HP)  met  with  an accident  near  Safru  and  his wife, Sapna Devi &  Daughter, Tanvi  sustained injuries. HC   Sharwan  Singh  No. 61 I.O. PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 132/14  dated 13/08/14  U/S  33, 39 of H.P.Excise Act has been registered  in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  that  he was  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Yora  and  during the course of patrolling   he recovered  12 Bottles of  English Wine  from the possession of  Raj Kumar   S/O  Sh.  Gullu Ram R/O Samlot  PO  Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

3          Case FIR No. 90/14 dated 13/08/14  U/S  366, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Smt. Soma Thakur W/O Sh. Bhadur Singh  R/O  Anog PO  Sainjbagra Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   her daughter is missing from home  and she suspect that  Sumitra Devi  W/O  Sh. Sunder Lal  R/O Sainjbagra,  Sangita W/O  Sh.  Ajay  Kumar  R/O  Palsara Tehsil Gumarwin &  Vinod Kumar  R/O  Bijhad  Distt.  Hamirpur  are  kidnapped her daughter  with the  intention to marry with her .  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 278/14   dated  13/08/4  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Sanjeev Kumar  S/O  Ram Ji  Dass  R/O  Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 13/08/14  one Motor Cycle   came  rashly  which was ridden by  Prittam Chand  and hit   him  and he sustained injuries.   HC Inder Singh  I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

5          Case FIR No.  279/14 dated  14/08/14  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Dheer Singh  Thakur  S/O  Late. Sh.  Goverdhan Singh  R/O Datwar PO Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Lehru Ram  resident of same locality  laid  a  heap  of  sand  on the  road   which cause obstruction to  general public as well as  traffic.  ASI Bidhi  Chand I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
