 Destruction  of  Cannabis

Today 20 kg 147 grams  Cannabis,  33 grams  smack, 167 Kg. Poppy Straw  and  370 Poppy plants were destructed  in Police Line Mandi

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

1          Case FIR No. 74/14 dated 19/08/14 U/S 498(A), 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Soluxmi W/O Sh. Khem Chand  R/O  Sandoa PO Katoula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that   she was married with  Khem Chand . But after   some time of  marriage her husband  started to  harass  her physically and mentally.  On  17/08/14  at about 9PM  her husband   came along with his family members and   beat her up and also  threatened  with dire consequence.  ASI   Ashok   Kumar I.O. PS  Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

2            Case FIR No. 111/14  dated 19/08/14  U/S 39 of  HP  Excise Act has been  registered  in P.S  Gohar  by  SI  Naveen Jhalta  SHO  P.S. Gohar  that he was patrolling alongwith other police officials  and  during  the course of  patrolling   he recovered   4000 ML Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Nokhu  Ram  R/O  Daan  PO Gohar  Distt. Mandi  (HP) .  SI Naveen Jhalta SHO  PS  Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No.  285/14  dated  19/08/14  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat by  SI Purshottam Dhiman  that he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at Tihra and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  6000ML  English Wine  from the possession of  Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Bhadur  Singh  R/O  Tihra Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Purshottam Dhiman  I.O. PS  Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

4          147challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered  and  7  challans were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs.  4500/- was  recovered during last 24 hours.
