CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDAION

 

1. Case FIR No. 249/14 dated 15/08/2014 U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.   Rishi Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Chand Caste Khatri R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that Yadvinder Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 250/14 dated 15/08/2014 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Yadvinder Singh @ Lukky S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O VPO Nerchowk Distt. Mandi (HP) that Shakati Chand and Rishi Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of PS Balh is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 109/14 dated 18/08/14 U/S 341,3232,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bhag Chand S/O Sh Chuharu Ram R/O Vill. Sipan PI Bagsaid Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/08/14 Puran Chand S/O Sh. Dhani Ram, Drompati Devi W/O Sh. Puran Chand and Koyala Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Chulaham obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4. 91 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.22,700/-    and 2 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 300/-.
