CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 142/14  dated 25/08/14  U/S 341, 323, 355, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Devender Kumar  S/O Sh. Mohan  Lal  R/O  Dul Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  at  present   working as aJunior  Engineer (HPPWD)  section  Bhatta Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   he was going to  duty by  his Car(HP29-7077)  and when he reached  near  Panchjan  Jimjima, in the  mean time  Rajiv Katoch  came by  his  scooter and  overtook  his car and  obstructed his way  and  beat him up and he sustained injuries  and  also threatened with dire consequence.   HC Rajmal No.  875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating   the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2       Case FIR No. 259/14 dated 24/08/14 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Churamani S/O  Sh.  Puran Chand R/O  Jachh Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 24/08/14  he  had come to Harihar Hospital  along with his sister-in-law  by his Car (HP32A-1440)  and he parked his  car alongside the road , in the mean time one  Truck (HP54B-0219)  came  rashly and hit his car. ASI  Jagdish Chand  I.O. PS  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

3        Case FIR No. 292/14 dated 24/08/14 U/S 306, 498(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Thakur Dass  S/O Sh. Chhitru Ram  R/O  Rakhera PO  Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that   he had married his daughter with Rakesh Kumar   R/O Gharwasra  Distt. Mandi (HP) 8 year ago. But sometime after the marriage her mother-in-law  started to haras   her physically and mentally . On 23/08/14 his  daughter  committed the suicide  due to regular harassment of  her  mother-in-law. SI  Madan Lal  I/C of PP Dharampur is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN  

4          148challans were issued and fine of Rs. 24,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs.4500/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
