ARREST OF A PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY PO HUNT CELL OF MANDI POLICE

1. Today team of PO Hunt Cell of Mandi Police headed by HC Ashok Kumar No. 878 succeeded to nab the proclaimed  offender Gian Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. Banala P.O. Sarchi Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP) who was declared proclaimed offender on 01/07/2014 under NIA Act in complaint No. 745-III/13 (09) titled as Puran Chand Vs Gian Chand by the Ld. Court of Special Judicial Magistrate Mandi.

 

NABBING  THE MISCHIEVOUS BOYS BY PATROLLING PARTY OF EVE TEASING CELL OF MANDI POLICE

2. Today a patrolling party of Eve Teasing Cell of Mandi Police nabbed some mischievous  boys from Bhutnath Street of Mandi town  and from near girls school Mandi.  They  were warned in the presence of their parents and thereafter they were released with a consent from them to don't repeat such incidents in future.

3.  Case FIR No. 99/14 dated 27/08/14 U/S 341, 504, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Dharam Pal  S/O Sh.  Mani  Chand    R/O Seri Banglo Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 26/08/14  Mast Ram & Om Parkash obstructed his way and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries and  also threatened  him with dire consequence.  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. PS Karsog is investigating  the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

4. Case FIR No.  299/14 dated 27/08/14  U/S 306,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Shavitri Devi W/O Sh.  Bardu Ram  R/O  Dadahi PO Kot  Tehsil  Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that her  son  Sh. Kamal  Kant  was married with  Binta Devi. On  27/08/14  her  son  committed  the  suicide by consuming some poisonous  substance due harassment by his wife.  SI  Vishal Rathore  I.O. PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , MISCHIEF , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No.  298/14 dated 27/08/14  U/S 447, 427, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nilma W/O Sh.  Raj Kumar  R/O  Kalswai PO Dharampur  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Durga Dass,  Roshani Devi &  Ravinder Kumar  entered in  her land and  beat her up and  she  sustained injuries.  SI Madan Lal  I.O. PP  Dharampur  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL   TRESPASS AND  HURT 

6. Case FIR No. 300/14 dated 28/08/14  U/S 452, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Prithvi Pal  S/O Sh.  Sohan Singh  R/O  Jajar PO Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  27/08/14  Hem Singh   resident of the same locality    entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC Hem  Raj No. 19 I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 263/14  dated 28/08/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Maheshwari Devi W/O Sh.  Late.Sh.  Chint  Ram  R/O Roa P.O. Chunahan   Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/08/14  Narayan Dass  S/O Sh.  Mahantu Ram R/O Kangar PO Rajwari  Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh Kuamr  No. 64  I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

       8. 232challans were issued and fine of Rs. 29,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered  5 challans were issued  under Mining Act and fine of Rs.13,650/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
