CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE

1. Case FIR No 282/14 dated 17/08/2014 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh Pratap Chand R/O  Village Kathogan PO Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Tek Chand S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Kathogan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  attempted to commit suicide by taking some poisonous substance and now who is under treatment in hospital.   ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION  

2. Case FIR No 283/14 dated 17/08/14 U/S 451,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bajir Chand S/O Sh Arjun Singh R/O village Chamyanu PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/14  Ranjeet Singh , Kamlesh Kumar and Shakuntla Devi entered in his courtyard and beat up his wife Kanta Devi. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCITNG WAY AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 190/14 dated 16/08/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar Mandi  on the written complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O  Sh. Brestu Ram R/O  H. No. 367/11 Thaneha  Mohalla Mandi that on  16/08/14   Krishna Devi along with her  2 sons obstruct his way and beat him up.  HC Vijay Kumar I/O of  P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 191/14 dated 16/08/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh.  Ananat Ram S/O Sh.  Roop Lal R/O  Duhaki PO Kamand Tehsil l Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that he is working in Shikara Gust House Souli Khad. On 16/08/14 Pawan Kumar S/O  Sh. Roshan Lal R/O  Ropru also come to the Guest House, at about 09.25 PM when he was going to bring the Cigarettes from the nearby shop in the mean time an Auto came from Pandoh side and hit Pawan Kumar. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said Auto.  HC Ram Singh I.O. of  P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

5. Case FIR No. 251/14 dated 16/08/14 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ramji Dass Constable No. 366 of P.S. Balh that on 16/08/14 he was on traffic duty near Dadaur bridge, during the course of discharging his duty he signaled to a vehicle (HP01A-2238) to stop for smooth flow of traffic. On this driver Mahesh Kumar S/O Sh. Kanhaiya Lal R/O Vill. Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) came out from the vehicle and beat him up and also torn his uniform. Inspr. Madan Dhiman SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6. 145 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 34,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
