1 Case FIR No. 312/14 dated 04/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Pal S/O Late. Sh. Balam Ram R/O Lunijog PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/14 at about 9:30 PM Susil Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 148/14 dated 03/09/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by Insp. Amar Singh SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Lad- Bharol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Kishori Lal R/O Lad- Bharol PO Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) . Insp. Amar Singh SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
3 Case FIR No. 104/14 dated 03/09/14 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Bhag Chand R/O Murrah PO Thachi Distt. Mandi (HP) that his son , Vijay Kumar is missing from home since 28/08/14 and he suspect that someone kidnapped his son . ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 276/14 dated 03/09/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Anil Sharma S/O Sh. Ram Rath R/O Bhagrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/14 he was present at Bhangrotu, in mean time a Scooter(HP22B-5044) came rashly from Nerchowk side and hit the Motor Cycle (HP33C-5652) from back side and said Motor cycle rider sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 277/14 dated 03/09/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Miss Lina D/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Mandal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/14 she was coming from Mandi to Nerchowk by Private Bus (HP65-4477) and when she reached near Bagla, in the mean time the driver of said bus lost the control on the bus due to rash driving and hit the Truck ( HP34B-4252) and 14 passengers sustained injuries who were boarded on the said bus . HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4 254challans were issued and fine of Rs. 31,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours
