 Special  campaign  to trace out missing  person

                                                    A  Special campaign  has been  launched  in  this  district to  trace out  missing  children and  adults from 28/07/14  to  31/08/14  . During the  special  campaign  17  Female,  3  Male, 3 Male child total  23  missing persons has been  traced out  by Mandi Police  with all  coordinated efforts of  special teams and  Police Stations.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 308/14 dated 1/09/14  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mohd. Almean S/O  Sh. Mohd. Salim R/O Khutha Boujnather Tehsil Thargma Distt.  Asheria Bihar at present  C/O  Sh. Hem  Raj  Uprla Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  28/08/14  Subhash S/O  Sh. Gain   Chand  R/O  Bhaderwar  Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Deshraj I.O. of PS  Sarkaghat  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

2         Case FIR No. 144/14 dated 31/08/14 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  SI  Rakesh Kumar (Prob) I.O.  of P.S. Jogindernagar  that  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at Jogindernagar Chowk and during the  course of checking of  Vehicle (HR-26-L-2845)   he recovered  36 Bottles of  English  Wine from the possession of  Anku   Kumar  S/O Sh.  Ranjeet Singh R/O  Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Rajesh Kumar (Prob) I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

3          162challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered and  1 challan were issued  under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
