CRIME REPORT ON 11 SEP

GENERAL PUBLIC AT LARGE:-
  1. Tej Ram  S/O Sh. Setu Ram R/O Vill. Khalwahan PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) absconded after stabbing two girls on 06/09/14 at Dadu. During the course of treatment one girl namely Begma Devi expired on 09/09/14 at IGMC Shimla. So above accused Tej Ram is wanted in case FIR No. 106/14 dated 06/09/14 U/S 302, 307 IPC  of P.S. Aut. His description is as under:-
Age 26 years  old, built thin, weight 45-50 KG, id mark is a scar on back and slightly bend, wearing black jean, white shirt and sweater red colour with black strips. If any information about above suspect may please  be conveyed in contact Nos. 01905-222470,01905-223374,01905-228028 and 9418024182 immediately.
 
CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND  HURT
  1. Case FIR No. 285/14 dated 11/09/14  U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Chirag S/O Sh Balak  Ram  R/O  Dhawan  Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/09/14 he was was  going  to  Abhilashi College and  when reached near Soyra, in the mean time driver of Truck No. (HP65-1851)  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of  PS  Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
  1. Case  FIR No. 206/14 dated 10/09/14  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC  Jagdish  Chand  No. 36  I.O. of P.S.  Sadar by  HC Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of  PP Pandoh that  on 10/09/14  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Matka Chowk Jaral Colony  Pandoh and  during the patrolling he found that  Ludermani S/O Sh. Sahadu Ram R/O  Sojha    laid a heap of  fruits & Vegitables  on the  road  causing  obstructing  to the general  public as well as  traffic .  HC Jagdish Chand  No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No. 323/14  dated  10/09/14  U/S 39 of  HP  Excise  Act has been  registered in   P.S. Sarkaghat by   ASI Rajesh Kumar  I.O . of P.S. Sarkaghat that   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  4 Bottles of   Country Liquor  &  1 Bottle of English Wine  from the possession of  Jai Kumar  S/O Sh. Dalip Singh  R/O  Kunalag   Gali  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  . ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of  P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5.       237 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 33,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 36challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 3600/- was recovered  and 12  challans  were issued  under Mining  Act and  fine of  Rs. 23000/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
