1 Case FIR No.108/14 dated18/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Kul Bahadur Thapa S/O Sh. Chhabi Lal Thapa that on 18/09/14 he along with other 7 persons were going to Manali by the Jeep(HP34TC-0420) and when they reached inside the Tunnel at Aut , in the mean time driver of the Jeep namely Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Gurdev Singh R/O Morla PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi lost the control on the Jeep due to rash driving and collided with a Truck and 5 persons who boarded on the said Jeep sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 82/14 dated 17/09/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dawardu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML English Wine from the possession of Jivanand S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Pakhri PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I. O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 186 challans were issued and fine of Rs.25,300 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.7100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
