CASE OF ROAD   ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 290/14 dated 21/09/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on  the  complaint of  Sh. Hans Raj  S/O Sh. Vidya Sagar R/O Kukahan PO  Jamni  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  20/09/14  he  along  with  Sohan  Lal  R/O  Rewalsar   were going to their home  by  Scooter and when  they reached  near  Hawani Galu   in the mean  time   one Jeep came rashly from  opposite  side   and hit the  Scooter and  they    both  sustained injuries.  HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 61  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRUELTY  BY  HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

2          Case FIR No. 160/14 dated 20/09/14  U/S 498(A), 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of   Sh. Jai  Singh  S/O Sh.  Bharevtu  Ram  R/O Balh  Jolly  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   his daughter  Rajni  Devi was  married  with  Megh  Singh  S/O Sh.  Tek Chand  R/O  Salang Bhachkehra PO  Tikru Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) . But  soon  after the marriage  her  husband and mother-in-law  started to  harass her physically and mentally  by demanding   dowry.    Due to regular harassment  her  daughter  consumed  some  poisonous   substance  and     she  is  now under  treatment  in  RPGMC Tanda.   ASI  Ranjit  Singh  I.O. of  PS  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case   FIR  No. 159/14  dated 20/09/14  U/S  39 of  HP Excise  Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar that  he  was on patrolling  along with  other police officials at  Bus Stand Jogindernagar   and  during  the course of patrolling  he recovered  570  ML  English  Wine   & 1140  ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Sanjay  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Dan  Singh  R/O  Makdena PO  Jogindernagar Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of  PS  Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   CRUELTY   BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

4          Case FIR No. 84/14 dated 20/09/14 U/S 498(A), 323, 506 IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint  of  Smt.  Sita  Devi  W/O  Vipan Kumar  R/O  Bhalana PO  Jhatingri  Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  she was  married  with  Vipan  Kumar and  soon after their  marriage her husband  started to harass  her physically & mentally. He also demanded   dowry  and  beat  her up regularly.  HC  Raj   Kumar  No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar  is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 212/14 dated 20/09/14  U/S  342, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Jagdish  Chand   S/O  Sh.  Mahant  Ram  R/O  Khurahal  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on  19/09/14   Sandeep    and   Ravi   obstructed his way and  and also threatened him    with dire consequences.  ASI  Brij  Lal  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND

 6         Case FIR No.  332/14  dated  20/09/14  U/S 341, 323, 324    IPC   has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on  the complaint of  Sh. Vinay  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Rattan  Chand   R/O   Jajar Kuken  PO  Devbrarta Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt . Mandi (HP)  that on  20/09/14  when he was present  at Bus Stand  Sarkaghat , in the mean time  Sushil  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Jagdish  Chand  R/O  Ropari  Tehsil Sarkaghat  obstructed  his way and beat him up and he  sustained injuries.  ASI   Naresh  Kumar I.O.  of  P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating   the case. 

CHALLAN  

7          172 challans were issued and fine of Rs.21000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 28 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2800/- was recovered  and  2 challans  were   issued under Mining Act   and  fine of Rs.9000/-  during last 24 hours.
