CRIME REPORT ON 26

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 219/14 dated 25/09/2014 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Premi Devi W/O Sh Garja Ram R/O Dehavi PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 25/09/2014   she was  going to her home and when reached Gasi nullah, in the mean time a M/Cycle came very rashly & negligently and  hit her.  HC Tek Chand No.3 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating he case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 220/14 dated 26/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderanagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Guju Ram R/O Vill. Lag PO Maloh Tehsil Sunderenagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/09/14 he was sitting in a tea stall at Chatrokhari along with his father and in the mean time a M/Cycle came very rashly and hit his father Sh. Guju Ram and Smt. Toti Devi and they both sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR NO. 129/14 dated 26/09/14 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O VPO CHailchowk Tehsi Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/09/14 he along with Yesh Pal,m Gagan Kumar, Desh Raj and Ashok Kumar were going to attend a marriage ceremony at village Shihri and on the way an unknown persons obstructed his way of Yesh Pal and beat him up. ASI Ram Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4. Case FIR No. 116/14 dated 26/09/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karosg on by HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Baral and during the course of patrolling he found that Sharda Nand S/O Sh. Mangal Dev R/O Vill. Baral PO Karsog laid a heap of sand on the road which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5. 212 challans were issued and fine of Rs.27,600 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
