CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND   INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 24/09/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Gurbakash  Singh  S/O Sh. Bhadar Singh  R/O  Dhar Paurkothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 23/09/14  at about 4:30 PM  Sohan Lal resident of  same locality  obstructed  his way  and  beat   him up and  he sustained injuries.  ASI Trilok  Chand  I.O.  of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 293/14 dated  23/09/14  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Bhaupinder Singh  S/O Sh. Sohan Singh  R/O Rinj PO  Lohara Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 23/09/14  Kolla  Devi  W/O Sh.  Gangar Ram  R/O  Syanh was  going to her home, in the mean time  Vehcile(HP65-3306) came  rashly , which was  driven  by  Ajay  Kumar  and hit  her  and  she sustained injuries.  HC  Naresh Kumar   No. 862  I.O. of PS Balh is investigating the case.

 3.       Case FIR No. 294/14  dated 23/09/14  U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Sh.  Rakesh  Sharma S/O Sh. Dharmpal Sharma R/O  Rewalsar Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  23/09/14  he  alongwith  his friend Vicky  were going  by  Vehicle(HP58-3258)  and  when  they reached near  Rewalsar lake , in the mean time  some unknown persons obstructed  their way and beat both of them and  they  sustained injuries.  HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 61  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating   the case .

 4. Case FIR No. 295/14 dated 23/09/14 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S.   Balh  on the  complaint of  Sh. Sudheer S/O Sh. Lal  Chand  Verma R/O  Chaki PO  Nagar  Tehsil Kullu(HP)  that on 23/09/14  at  about 2 PM   he along with   Vikrant, Romit & Ramesh  Bisth were   taking  photographs near  Lomash Rishi  Temple  at Rewalsar , in  the mean time   driver of Vehcile (HP58-3258)  came alongwith his friends,  obstructed their way and beat  up them.  HC Sarwan  Kumar  No. 61 I.O. of PP  Rewalsar  is investigating the  case.  HC Sarwan  Kumar No. 61  I.O. of PP  Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No.  216/14  dated  23/09/14  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  ASI Rajender   I/C of PP  Dehar  that  he was patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Sohar  and  during the course  of parolling he recovered 4 Bottles of  English Wine &  5 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Tawarsu Ram  S/O Sh.  Sonju  Ram  R/O Sohar Tikkar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Rajender   I/C of PP Dehar is investigating  the case. 

CHALLAN  

6.        187 challans were issued and fine of Rs.28,700 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 23 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2700/- was recovered  and  1 challan   was   issued  under Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
